Two floors with studio bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen/diner on first floor.
Home description
This cottage is in the quiet wine growing village of Meloisey ( 300 people) situated in the 'Haute Cote de Beaune'. Meloisey is 8 miles from Beaune, which was once the capital of Burgundy. The setting is very quiet with immediate access to country walks in rolling hills, which take you through the vineyards, with views to cliffs at 1500 feet.
It is centrally heated and attached to the owners house, which is about 200 years old, and is both near the centre of village (50 m from 13th century church), and near to the countryside (50m in the other direction). It is completely self-contained with independent access to the road, and sleeps 2 people very comfortably.
There are good restaurants nearby.
