Large 2 bed, 2 bath, marina frontage,own pool,close to beaches
Spacious 2 bed (1 double, 1 twin) apartment on the ground floor right on the New Marina. Close to the kiters paradises of Buzzha and Mangroovy beaches. Apartment has a large terrace, with gazebo facing out onto the marina and private pool. There is an open plan lounge, dining (seating for 6), kitchen area, with a sofa bed in the sitting room which can sleep an extra person (in theory 2 people) if required. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, large integrated fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. In addition there is air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms, TV with International channels, DVD player, phone for free use within El Gouna, bed linen, bath and beach towels and pool service provided. Wonderful views of the marina and mountains.

Refundable Damage Deposit £150.00
Notes A non refundable deposit of £150 is required for each week booked to secure a booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, plus a £150 refundable deposit. This is repaid to you within 7 days after your return provided the apartment has not sustained any losses or damages during your stay.
Transfers can be arranged, cost advised at time of booking
