All rooms have air conditioning. A TV and DVD player are provided. There is a pleasant patio area to the rear. The property is detached and the garden offers privacy all around. Refundable Damage Deposit £70.00
Notes We take a Booking Deposit which will be 50% of the booking fee and 12% extra when there are 4 persons and 20% for 6 persons. Upon arrival a security bond is paid of 80 Euro to cover the cost of accidental damage, loss, or extra cleaning costs. The security bond is returned in full when vacating the property when no damages or cleaning costs are incurred.
