Refundable Damage Deposit €150.00
To fix the booking we ask an advance of 50% of the rent. The restant of the rent and the deposit is to pay 14 days before arrival.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
Arrival and departure days are always Mondays and Fridays. Weekend= Friday-Monday, Midweek= Monday-Friday, Week=Monday-Monday or Friday-Friday.
Notes From the deposit we take the final cleaning of € 70,00. The restant of the deposit you get back within one week after your departure.
The consumption of gas and electricity is included between 01/04 untill the 01/10. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
