The apartments for rent at Poggio la Croce (a few kilometers from the seaside resort of Follonica) are ideal for those who love to live surrounded by nature yet have easy access to the sea.
Cerro di Sotto is a spacious apartment of 104 square meters, located on the ground floor, with a large porch (22 square meters) off the living room. The living room has a fireplace and is combined with the kitchen area. The kitchen is super-equipped with everything necessary for cooking and dining: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer, dishes, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery, etc.
Three steps lead to the sleeping area. Cerro di Sotto has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a single. The apartment can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (with an extra bed added to the single room). There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. For a clothes wash there is a washing machine in the utility room, near the kitchen, where you will also find detergent, a clothes rack, iron and ironing board.
Thanks to the modern heating/air conditioning unit which you will find in all our apartments, our accommodation is ideal for both summer rental and spring and autumn in Tuscany. You will be able to enjoy the ideal temperature in your Grosseto holiday villa whatever time of the year.
To enjoy your meals with family and friends you can sit around the table for six in the living room. You can watch satellite TV or listen to the radio, or enjoy a glass of Tuscan red wine sitting on the comfortable sofa and chairs around the fireplace. During the cool summer evenings you can invite your guests to sit under the porch, where you can admire the starry skies and the Tuscan landscape. You can also choose to have a midnight dip in the large outdoor swimming pool (5x18m, 1.40m deep), open to all of our guests at Poggio la Croce.
