Set within a small complex in a quiet location on the outskirts of Polis,our light and airy first floor apartment (Crusty Hills as we call our bolt-hole in the sun) is situated a stone's throw from the beach of Chyrsochou Bay, but it is only 10/15 minutes walking distance to the town centre with all its amenities including restaurants, supermarket, banks, etc.
With balconies at front and rear, there is a choice of spectacular views either of the Akamas peninsula or the rugged hills of the Pafos forest.
As well as a haven for those seeking rest and tranquility in a pleasant and friendly environment, Polis is an ideal base for hiking and biking, exploring the stunning scenery of the Akamas nature reserve or the Troodos mountains, snorkelling or scuba-diving in the clear Mediterranean waters.

Additional information about rental rates
Prices may be subject to change at thw owners' discretion.
All major credit and debit cards accepted with payments via PayPal.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at time of booking, and the balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
If the arrival date is within 8 weeks, then the full amount is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable.
Notes An extra sum of €2.50 per unit per day is payable for the three air-conditioning units in the apartment ,if any or all are required. This charge is payable locally to our agent.
Internet access is available if required. Please ask for charges applicable.
