Bungalow 'Casa Esther' (90 m2) and / or Topfloor Apartment 'Villa 'Lydia' (120 m2) in the first line of the sandy beach
200 m. 2 Bedrooms each with 2 single beds. MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLE. Very cosy accommodations, both with American Kitchen, cutlery ecc. The houses are very comfortable. Gas stove and oven. Casa Esther has a dishwasher. Both comfortable lounges with a neat decorations amenities proposed. WIFI and linen to rent.
In the garden marble floors, terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. The beautiful swimming pool (5x10 m) and a shower next is private, shared with another family. Each week the pool is cleaned by an expert.
In the garden there are four palm trees, flowers and beautiful bougainvillea, barbecue and private parking enclosed by walls and conifer hedge and 2 grids. A gate to the parking for 2 cars. Animals refuse. Smoking just outside the house. You like to spend the holidays with 2 couples or 2 families, you can rent both accommodations.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren korrekt. Das Feriendomizil war sauber und gepflegt. Meine Frau und ich wurden von den Vermietern sehr liebevoll betreut. Dieses
Feriendomizil werden wir weiterempfehlen. Schöner langer Sandstrand, Bodega und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

every way. We also haved very pleasant dinners together. The bungalow was very well equipped, clean and of good size. We spent many ours in the garden with its beautiful

Hallo, hier möchten wir unseren Urlaub bewerten. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren sehr genau. Es ist dort wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und es ist alles vorhanden. Unser Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren total super nett und haben uns gerne ein paar Tipps gegeben. Gegenüber der Ferienwohnung ist eine ganz leckere Pizzeria und auch sonst sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Unsere Kinder hatten riesen Spaß im Meer. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder, aber dann mit dem Flugzeug. Die Fahrt mit dem Auto war doch recht laaaaaannng. LG R.S.N.L.

Hallo liebe Familie Wahn, Wir bedanken uns herzlich für Ihre schöne Bewertung die uns richtig froh gemacht hat. Was uns sehr am Herzen liegt ist, dass unsere Gäste sich richtig wohl fühlen und wir bemühen uns sehr die Ferien schön zu machen und das fängt schon an mit eine Anzeige, die wahrheitsgemäss ist. Fliegen ist sehr bequem und man kann Alicante oder Valencia anfliegen, die beide Flughäfen sind 100 km von unsere Residenz und die Flugzeit ist etwa 2 gute Stunden. Tout est exactement conforme à la description. Appartement, piscine et jardin superbes. Plage de sable tout à coté. Climat parfait. Beaucoup de choses à voir et à visiter à proximité. Wir haben uns als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 junge Damen) in der sauberen, ordentlichen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht zuletzt Dank der superfreundlichen Gastgeberfamilie, namentlich Marcello und Dayenne. Selbst Danny als Poolservicefachmann versorgte uns mit sehr guten Tipps zur Umgegend. So konnten wir Mauros et Christianos miterlebeben und viele schöne Ziele im Umfeld von
Altea besuchen. Es lohnt sich sehr in dieser Region und in der Ferienwohnung Urlaub zu machen. Vielen herzlichen Dank und viele Grüße aus Deutschland!

We are a Danish family who has just finished a 14 day holiday in Casa Lydia. Because of the functional web site, we had high expectations. And they were all met in full. A very nice house, highly recommended for families with children. Lovely private pool and only a short walk to a clean and a purely sandy beach. Raffaele tells in a mixture of German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish and Italian about the area and living. Everything worked
perfectly. There may be some noise from the road that goes past the house. But it's not a major problem. Really a good experience.

Unser Urlaub (Juni/Juli 2012) bei Rafaele und Helma erfüllte all unsere Vorstellungen und Wünsche an einen gelungenen und erholsamen Sommerurlaub. Im Voraus wurden wir mit zahlreichen Informationsmaterialien und persönlichen Informationen von Helma versehen, sodass die Vorfreude auf diesen Urlaub stetig anwuchs. Am Urlaubsort angekommen wurden wir von Rafaele und Helma herzlich aufgenommen.
Beide zeigten sich äußerst gastfreundlich, kinderlieb und Rafaele stand uns sogar als „Dolmetscher“ in der örtlichen Poliklinik zur Verfügung, als eines unserer Kinder erkrankte. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und es war bis auf einen Geschirrspüler alles vorhanden, was ein Urlauberherz begehrt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und auch eine kleine Terasse mit Balkonmöbeln und Sonnenschirm gehört dazu. Das schöne Wetter und der große, top gepflegte Pool, laden täglich zum Baden ein. Das Meer ist direkt um die Ecke, bietet klares und sauberes Wasser und einen schon fast menschenleeren
Strand. Die Stadt Denia ist in 5 Autominuten zu erreichen und bietet von Kulturellem (Burg, Museen) über Obstmärkte und Shoppingcenter sowie zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants alles was man sich als Urlauber wünscht. Die Landschaft um Denia ist fantastisch, umringt von Bergen und Obstplantagen und im Sommer voll mit den farbenprächtigsten Blumen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Grüße von André, Nicole und den Kindern

Mein Mann und ich waren für eine Woche Ende Mai 2010 in dem schönen, sehr gemütlichen und sauberen Bungalow. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Nicht nur das Wetter war super, das gesamte Ambiente stimmte perfekt.
Wir bedanken uns nochmals
rechtherzlich für den gelungenen, erholsamen Urlaub bei Helma und Raffael und hoffen ,wir sehen uns wieder.

Location tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, très propre, bien aménagé et tout confort, très practique bien équipé parce que il n'y manque rien. Bien située, car tout près de la plage. Grande terrasse et jolie vue sur les palmeaux et piscine. Parking privatif très appréciable. Tout était parfait, location à recommander sans aucune restriction. Nous avons passés une semaine de vacances très bien. Enfin c'est une adresse de vacances et l'endroit qu'on ne peut oublier!

We stayed in the house in october 2008. The pool was perfect. We did some horse riding, went to the beach at the end of the street, had dinner with the owner, we visited a lot of beautifull towns and beaches in one week. From the house the drive to other areas is easy.

Sehr gepflegte Ferienunterkunft einschl. Pool und Terrasse. Von unseren Gastgebern wurden wir optimal betreut mit netten Gesprächen und vielen tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und sonstige Freizeitgestaltungen. Wir sind viel gewandert, haben viele Tagestouren mit dem Auto unternommen und haben uns wunderbar erholt.
