We were blown away by the beauty of the Riad, decorated with simplicity and respect for local crafts. We had a pretty spacious four bedroom includes a bathroom Tadellakt (traditional wallcovering). The terrace overlooks some "unfortunate" Riads abandoned but still retain their traditional character. Fez is one of our last destination before leaving Morocco, we recommended this riad and we decided to look. This is a wonderful place, near the main street of the medina. Very nice and clean. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Mustafa speaks several languages ??and is always there to make our stay enjoyable. I really recommend this place.

The room was spotless, the hot shower was a relief in winter and the staff was very warm and generous. We felt really cared and were willing to help us with everything we needed. I recommend it without hesitation.

Since the moment you step in, you know you'll be well for Treated They think in the long-term customers who want to come back. Mustafa, the manager, is a joyful person who cares about you and your comfort. And Said, one of the employed who's Almost always there, is just about the nicest and kindest person I have ever met. On my last day I fell ill and he was very caring making me special remedies. And at nights he'll welcome you to-have tea and other treats at the lovely terrace. I felt the rooms were well taken care of, with proper heating and A / C, and the private bathroom was wel equipped aussi; all in a moroccian style.
By : moroccotrvlr on November : 2013 This place is a perfect example of how in the Fez medina you can sometimes find the most peaceful riad just around the corner from the busiest street. Riad Rocco is fresh (it seemed that it had opened not long ago) and classy - not just simply heaped with golden decoration and touristic stuff. These people have style. Beautiful and obviously very clean rooms around a spaceful patio. Bathrooms are done with classical Moroccan tadelakt (one of us is an architect, so she would know). As the owner Mustafa and his friend who run this place are themselves from the Moroccan Sahara town of Merzouga, they are also specialists in organising desert tours. No fitness center, but instead of this, there is a roof terrace, of course.

They welcomed us with mint tea on the terrace with the amazing views of Fes. It has a great location, also they organized tours for us. +Points: The shower was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The Terrace had amazing views The Breakfast is just perfect, everything you need before exploring the Medina. Great Stay !
By : NelsonsEyePatch on November : 2013 visited Fez in 2013 November. Riad Rocco is hidden in a quiet alley in the medina. The manager and staff are very friendly and polite. The room was basic but comfortable and clean, breakfast is simple with a selection of breads and delicious Moroccan local honey. We ate at the riad every night tagine was excellent and I was admitted into the kitchen to see how it was prepared. Had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Fez.
By : Johan S on October : 2013 The owner's welcome was "We want make you feel like family", and he did. He built up the riad from a ruin, finished mid-2013. Fine architectural detail, though in the rooms some finishing touches to go. Located in side street off main medina artery, 100 steps from all the shops yet very quiet. Staff friendly, attentive and solicitous, made us a private dinner on rooftop terrace. Provided suggestions, guides and transportation for all our day programs at very reasonable cost. Generally good value for money.
By : Gemima H on September : 2013 I stayed three nights in this riad and enjoyed spending time with the friendly and lovely family who run it, drinking coffee, having my hands henna-tattooed and learning how to make tajine. The riad is well-situated in the medina and is a relaxing retreat from the busy streets. The rooms are beautifully decorated and a bargain for the price. Breakfast is extremely generous — a variety of fresh breads and pastries with honey and jam, olives, juice, coffee and fruit — and is enjoyed on the terrace. I can't recommend this riad enough, both for the quality of services and the friendliness of staff. It is the nicest place I stayed in Morocco.

You can admire the chaotic morroccan life, living in a cool, elegant and calm place: the taxi of the riad will pick up you and bring you to your marvellous room! After having prepared yourself in the huge bathroom, you can go out, and you will be in the middle of the ancient and colourful medina of Fez! The staff is kind and friendly! So take a cheap flight and go to that piece of Morrocco!
