Payment Policy

Inquiries and booking of accommodation can be done electronically or in writing. When booking, the guest confirms that he is familiar with these General Terms and that he fully accepts them. In this way, everything stated in the agreement becomes legally binding both for the guests and the owner. When booking, the guest is required to provide all information required for the reservation process, and that the owner will be used solely for the purpose of booking protecting the privacy of personal data. For booking to take place it is required to pay an advance of 30 %. The balance amount together with tourist tax and insurance fee shall be paid no later than 7 days before the arrival or by cash on arrival. In the case of "last minute" booking, you must pay the full amount when booking. Payments are made to the bank account of the company's Civil Engineering Consultancy Ltd. as it will be indicated in the offer. Upon payment of the total amount, you will receive a voucher with information about the owner, guests and the description of service. If the rent is for more than one night, guests are required to leave a deposit on arrival as a security deposit. The deposit for the room Salvija is 100,00 euros and for apartment Santolina 250,00 euros. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if the guest has not commited no damage to the room or the apartment or building.

Cancelation Policy

Between 4 pm and 8 pm. In case of delay, guests are required to notify the owner by phone and do everything to arrive by 11 pm. Guests are committed to the appropriate use of room Salvija and apartment Santolina and that they will not do any damage to the equipment and stuff. Guests are required to report to the owner any damages found in the room or apartment within 24 hours of arrival. Damage possibly committed during the use of the room or apartment is at the expense of guests. Guests are obliged not to allow the stay of more persons than it is agreed without having previously informed the owner and having his approval. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the room Salvija and apartment Santolina. Using terraces and other equipment is at the customer’s own risk. Guests are kindly asked to clean the room / apartment on their own during their stay. Guests are required to leave the room Salvija and apartment Santolina not later than 11 am on the day of departure. Final cleaning of room and apartment is included in the price. However, it is recommended to leave them as clean as possible.
