The flat is located in the complex of Porto Antigo 1, an unique resort not too big and cosy ideally on the main beach of Santa Maria in Downtown.
Guest Access
A lovely 1 bedroom (+1 sofa-bed in living room) fully furnished flat in one of the best resorts downtown with Air Conditioning, Private pool & beach at a reasonable fare.
Interaction with Guests
I am fully available to all persons interested in renting the flat and can naturally give some tips and answer any question regarding Santa Maria.
The Neighborhood
It is a small, calm & very comfortable resort and having a good reputation in Sal Island for its history and the reliability of its infrastructure possessing as well its own private pool, a private beach in the old harbour of Santa Maria and finally its own private security system.
Getting around
Porto Antigo 1 is ideally located on the seaside but right downtown just besides the city hall and very easy to access.
