We have four ensuite bedrooms, 3 double and 1 twin-bedded, all reflecting the French style. A large enclosed secluded courtyard, partly formed by the medieval walls of the village, provides a restful retreat, with a plunge pool for those hot summer days. We have free wifi and a guests’ drawing room is also available.
The River Cesse runs through the village, and in the summer months it is partly dammed to make a pool and beach, enjoyed by holiday makers and locals alike.
The village has three restaurants and a bar, all within easy walking distance, a pharmacy, general store and bakery. Other local restaurants are a few minutes drive away, one of them specialises in oysters every Friday night.
Bize-Minervois is set among vineyards, the largest wine producing area in the world, gentle rolling hills ideal for walking and cycling, ideally situated for exploring this diverse and fascinating region.
Free on street parking is readily available.
