rental season: basic price per week € 475, - euro to 3 persons + € 15, - pppn
Calculation example:
Domstolat B: low season, 1 week (7 nights), 6 persons.
Rental price: € 350, - to 3 persons + 3 persons x € 12.50 x 7 nights = € 612.50. This is in this example corresponds to about € 15, - per person per night.

In high season Domstolat basically just rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights). The minimum number of nights in the off season is three. In consultation with the owner can grant exceptions.
Further information costs
Key Deposit: € 100, - cash on arrival to the key manager to be paid. This deposit will be returned at the end of your holiday after checking the house and handing over the keys.
The price includes: . bedding, a set of towels, WiFi - Internet, VAT and final cleaning (please bring wipe clean on departure)
Note: If the lease rental period is less than one week (7 nights) are subject to a cleaning charge of € 50, -.
Additional costs: only your energy usage.
Central heating and hot water (eg shower.) Consume liters of heating oil a € 1, - per liter.
Power a € 0.25 per KwH
possible use of firewood for the fireplace a € 4, - per bag (10kg +/-) incl kindling..
Rem. Upon arrival you note along with the caretaker meter readings of both the boiler and the electricity meter. The boiler works in oil, in 2011 placed new and conforms to the current EU environmental standards. On departure sets the energy firm and reckons this locally with the caretaker.
Rem. All radiators in the house have a thermostat that you can balancing. Itself
in every room of the house you can so bring the temperature balancing. You have as your energy into their own hands. Tip: save as much energy as possible, which is good for the environment and saves you costs. Turn the thermostats example of the radiators in the bedrooms during the day closed. And do this elsewhere if you're not at home during the day.
Optional:
Extra bedding and / or towel: € 2, - per unit.
Pets: € 25, - per week due to extra cleaning. (Note .: pets are not allowed in the bedrooms!).
Payment: A deposit of 25% of the rent you make the final booking. You will get the details of the euro bank account of the firm Small World in Poland. Small World sp. oo is the commercial owner of manor Domstolat.
Upon receipt of the deposit we will send you a booking proof and further information.
Check-in: arrival from 15:00 to 21:00. Like fifteen minutes before arrival send an SMS to the keyholder. Depart: departure time from 7:00 until 11:00.
