The Roost is set amongst the tranquil hills of Cyprus with stunning views over vineyards and countryside and located approximately half-way between the beaches of Paphos to the south, Polis to the north and Coral bay to the West. It is ideally placed to explore the western side of Cyprus including the Akamas peninsula, ancient monuments and historical sites, or the Troodos Mountains. Aimed at the discerning traveler who expects personal service and who aspires to the privacy and freedom of a villa, The Roost offers a child free* accommodation with hypnotherapy, massage and other treatments available for booking. Our four en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests and provide an alternative to the anonymity of impersonal hotels for those who are looking to escape life’s everyday stresses and strains. There is also a communal lounge with satellite TV and open fire for the cooler seasons, games and books, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. We are just a few minutes’ walk to the traditional tulip village of Polemi and approximately 25 minutes by car to Paphos or Polis. Several excellent restaurants and taverns are within 15 minutes’ drive serving all styles and priced cuisine. We are situated on the Wine and Monastery trails and there are golf courses and walking trails only a short distance away. The three first floor bedrooms all have balconies with panoramic views and the ground floor room has ramp access to assist those guests with limited mobility. There is FREE wi-Fi in public areas. The Roost boasts extensive private and un-overlooked grounds. All guests have free use of all the outdoor facilities which include: •large 10mX5m swimming pool with roman steps •sun terrace and sun loungers •shaded veranda •summer house with fridge, microwave and halogen oven • BBQ with outdoor dining pergola •poolside shower •golf practice area •several secluded quiet areas •sensory garden •olive grove •smoking shelter. The Roost is family run and has a relaxing and friendly atmosphere with Nikki and Gez on hand to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. *Children are very welcome when all four rooms are block booked to preserve the tranquility for other guests.
