With this presentation we would like to present you all the possibilities offered to spend an unforgetable holidays with us.
Our apartment is situated on the left bank of the Soča river, in the small and quiet village Volarje between Tolmin and Kobarid. If you want to enjoy peace, relaxation and explore the nature sights at the wonderful Soča river, this is the right place for you.
There are two apartments in the house. The one in the first floor has room for four persons with possibility of another 2 persons.
This apartment consists of two double rooms, a bathroom, kitchen, a living room and big terace. The second apartment is on the second floor with 3 rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a balcony. The house is air conditioned.
Both apartments are equiped with a radio, a washing machin and a hair dryer. We offer the use of vegetable from our garden and barbeque. House has free WIFI.
Close to the house you will find a playground. We also offer you bike rentals and we can assist you with planning your trips or doing water sports, providing fishing cards, etc.
The area offers lots of possibilities; water sports, cycling, mountaineering, fishing, paragliding, etc. We are sure you will enjoy the nature beauties of the Soča Valley, cultural and historical monuments such as the Tolmin Museum, the Museum of the WW I in Kobarid.
This apartment will please all the admirers of the mountains due to its position among the biggest peaks highest of the Julian Alps, which are even more interesting covered with snow in the winter time.
You should not miss the wonderful view from our terrace of the green-blue Soča river, which banks are the perfect place for relaxing in the summer time.
Our apartment is located at the entrance of Volarje (village) on the left bank of the Soča river crossing the Volarje bridge along the main road Tolmin-Kobarid.
On the left bank of the Soča river there isanother road taking you through picturesque villages The village Volarje is 6 km away from Tolmin, the center of the Upper Soča Valley, and 10 km from Kobarid.
A spread hamlet, with an irregular off-road base, lies oat the bottom at the Middle Soča Valley on a gravel terrace on the left side of the Soča river under the steep slope of the mountain Mrzli vrh (1259 m). Some torrential mountain-gorges and scree from the slopes extend almost to the houses, among which renovated, in littoral style built houses predominate. Mostly cultivated are the upper terraces.
After the earthquake in 1976 a new stable was set up on the right bank of the Soča river , which is covered with grasslands. The inhabitants of the village Volarje go to work to Tolmin or Kobarid. The curch of St.Brica from the 15th century stands on the west side of the village.
