La villa è composta da 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera doppia, soggiorno, cucina, bagno con doccia, terrazza interna, lavanderia e wc, un primo portico con posti a sedere per il vostro relax e la seconda mq portico. 40 cucina in muratura, tavolo e sedie, spazio esterno attrezzato con doccia e posto auto.
Situato a 7 km da Cefalù, cittadina normanna e grande attrazione turistica. che ha collegamenti marittimi con le Isole Eolie . nel Raggio di 500 metri. si trovano lidi balneari, bar, ristoranti e centri commerciali parco acquatico. La villa è situata in una posizione ideale per chi vuole abbinare una vacanza al mare con la voglia di scoprire le bellezze della Sicilia meravigliosa, infatti, la vicinanza alla Stazione ferroviaria a mt. 500, 2 e 5 km di svincoli autostradali di Buonfornello e Mazzaforno, permettono di raggiungere con facilità in treno o in auto. Non lontano dalla zona archeologica dell'antica città greca 'Himera', con i resti di un tempio dorico e il museo Antiquarium.

La struttura è dotata di due cucine da incasso, uno all'interno della casa e uno fuori sotto il portico, realizzato con piastrelle fatte a mano. così come il pavimento in terracotta e ceramica.
