Notes |
Fresh water, heating and electricity are paid by the tenant and calculated based on meter readings recorded at the arrival and departure of tenants, according to the rates charged to the owner. There are four periods: the first = January, February, March, November, December; = 2nd April, May, June, September, October, 3rd: Carnival, Easter ,, May 1, All Saints; 4th: Holiday, summer.
A 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation and later 30 days prior to arrival, the balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. If there is a reservation within 15 days, all is paid directly. In case of cancellation during the last 15 days, the deposit is forfeited to the owner, and within 48 hours, a decision will be made whole. |
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (EUR) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
