We are Miranda and Antun Carević, the owners of Villa Tica. We speak fluent English and we can communicate in Italian and German.
We will welcome you to Villa Tica on your arrival and give you all the information you need and after that we will go back to Dubrovnik where we live and let you enjoy your privacy at the villa.

Villa is surrounded with several Mediterranean gardens, a barbecue place and a beautiful terrace for dinning and sunbathing.
On the ground floor there is an air conditioned spacious sitting and dining room with a fireplace, big sofa which can be made as a bed for two people, satellite TV, CD/DVD with surround sound system, toilet with hot and cold shower and a storage room. This area is connected with kitchen fully equipped with cooker, freezer, microwave oven, toaster and anything else you may need.
On the first floor there are two elegant air conditioned bedrooms with king size beds and another toilet with hot and cold shower and a washing machine. One of the bedrooms has a big terrace with superb views over the sea and Elaphiti islands.
Villa can be rented only as the whole villa so it is perfect for people who want privacy and quietness away from the crowds. Villa can accommodate 6 but it is ideal for up to 4 people; one or two couples or for a family with two adults and one or two children.
If arriving by car from the direction of Split, drive along the Adriatic coastal road from north-west to south-east. After passing the village of Slano (35 km from Dubrovnik) continue driving south-east for another 5 minutes. Villa Tica is just there, located downhill from the road on sea level. We will be waiting for you on the main road just in case so you will need to call us an hour or two before you arrive.

This place is great for relaxing and enjoying in the privacy of your gardens, terraces and beach area. People usually spend a lot of time sunbathing, swimming in the crystal blue sea, snorkeling, fishing etc., but very soon they realize they are located on a ideal position to explore wider area; Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Peljesac Peninsula, Ston, Korcula etc. Slano and Trsteno are on 5 minutes drive so our guests go there for shopping, restaurants, long walks and similar.
