A Newly Renovated Traditional Stone House in Rivinj
The Space
The house is a renovated traditional stone house. It is a 3 floors building. The ground floor is the area with the living room, kitchen, bathroom, tv and everything needed for the daily activities. First and second floors are intended for rest. On the first floor there is an additional TV and a toilete, the second floor is the attic.
Guest Access
Our guests have access to tv+satellite, air condition, heating (wood stove), internet (they will get an usb stick from me), two bathrooms/toilets, bedclothes and towels, parking on the permessis, kitchen fully equipped, coffee machine,water boiler for tea or coffee,microwave,a kinder bed or a crib,washing machine, table in front of the door under the porch, pizzeria and coffee bar 100m from the house...
The Neighborhood
Putini is situated 8 km from Rovinj. You have the bus station near the house. Bus is passing once every hour in the full season and little bit less often out of the main season. You have a beautiful Lim fjord (Limski kanal) 1 km from the house, you can find your own spot and enjoy sun and sea...
The house is situated a few kilometers from the highway (exit Kanfanar) so you can reach any place in Istria within half an hour.
