In the previous century the house was used as a spinning mill for the production of skill. Now ia completely renovated. There are spacious one and two bedroom apartments with separate entrances, attractive wooden ceilings and antique furnishings. They each have a bright and airy living room, a modern and functional kitchenette with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There is a two-person sofa bed and a spare bed. The bedrooms have large double beds and the bathrooms are equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, and shower. The apartmens have television with DVD player, internet access, safe, ironing board, indipendent heating and a small exclusive garden area with parasol. In the garden there is a romantic floral pergola.

Arancio

This is a two rooms apartment of about 50 square meters, with an independent entrance hall which faces the west garden, completely on the ground floor, with exposed wooden beams to the ceilings.

The apartment, furnished with family furniture, has a light and spacious living room with modern and functional kitchenette, with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher, and all the necessities for cooking and dining. It has a double sofa bed with room to add another bed. The double bedroom, hospitable and comfortable, opens onto the garden.

Limone

This is a two rooms apartment of about 50 square meters, with an independent entrance hall which faces the west garden, completely on the ground floor, with exposed wooden beams to the ceilings.

The apartment, furnished with family furniture, has a very light living room and a modern and functional kitchenette, with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher, and all the necessities for cooking and dining.

It has a double sofa bed with room to add another bed. The double bedroom, light and spacious, opens through an antique brick archway onto the garden.

Cedro

This is an apartment of about 100 square meters, with entrance from both the gardens, comprising a spacious living room, study, and two bedrooms, situated on two floors with exposed wooden beams to the ceilings.

On the ground floor there is an elegant study room with TV corner and double sofa bed, and a spacious living room equipped with classical furniture. It has a comfortable sofa, a large table to seat twelve people and a small sideboard. The kitchenette consists of a gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher, with all the necessities for cooking and dining. It also has a comfortable bathroom with washing machine.

Clementina
