Stayed here with 13-yr old grandson on his first trip to London & our first return in 30 yrs. Location of flat was great: easy to walk to most sights; to get to tube or bus. Theater & diverse cuisine were very near; gelato & pastry shops were dangerously so! Flat was clean & well-equipped with open lay-out & functional kitchen. We loved being able to open bedroom windows for fresh air until bedtime, when we were grateful that fans & a white-noise machine helped drown out the loud late street life. We especially appreciated the owner's ready willingness to accommodate somewhat unique needs; e.g., he allowed 6 to stay there on our final night (when the rest of our son's family arrived en route to Africa) & he loaned us two mobile phones, helpful to have when the 3 of us were separated in various parts of London. Some minor issues: months' old mail sat in entryway; entry & stairs needed a good cleaning; shower barely drained so we had to remove the plug; sometimes it took several emails before getting a reply from staff. Overall, however, the flat suited our purposes very well & we'd happily stay there again.

We stayed three nights in this appartment in Soho during the Olympic Games.
The apartment is nice, with a large living-room and two bedrooms (one for my wife and myself, one for our two kids). Large flat-seceen TVs are provided in each room.
Kitchen is in the living-room, and has a Nespresso Machine
Bathroom is comfortable, with a bath tub, but the shower should be improved.
Soho is a very active and exciting area, with many restaurants, pubs and bars, so it may be a little noisy until about 1am, but this was not a problem for us, being really tired every night.
Underground is quite near, about 5 min. walk (Leicester Square, Picadilly Circus & Tottenham Court Road), as well as all important shops (Tesco 5 min., bakery 1 min., etc.).
It was a perfect stay for our family, and I thus recommend this address.

The apartment is very nicely maintained with all the amenities you need for your vacation. It is spacious for 4 but might be too cramped for 6 people.
The location is really amazing - opposite the street you have Paul's boulangerie, all of soho and chinatowns restaurants in a minute or two walking distance. The only side about this is that it is somewhat noisy, especially at the weekend.
Eli and Solly are very helpful and nice. They were extremely flexible and allowed us to leave our luggage until late on our departure date. For late arrivals, we recommend using the transportation offered by Eli and Solly - its a bit more expensive than a regular taxi but he knows the way and keeps a key for the apartment.
Definitely recommend this apartment (or others by Eli and Solly - look for knightlyproperty on the web) anytime.

Awesome location very central and in the middle of pubs and restaurants - although not too noisy.
Even for a group of 6 People the flat did a great job.
Shower could be redone. But works out if you only stay a few nights.
Can warmly recommend a stay there.

Solly assuaged my fears about all the fraud that happens whilst looking for a London holiday rental.
We booked the Duvall Suite but then work got in the way and we had to cancel. Solly and Eli refunded our £500 deposit, no muss, no fuss.
We look forward to rebooking once we have new vacation days and after the Olympics have cleared out.
I cannot recommend them enough for their courtesy, communication and patinece.

This apartment exceeded our expectations for value, location cleanliness and near new condition!
We stayed for a period of 10 nights and could not have asked for a better apartment with a great location. There are so many things to see and do around Soho and central London is at your doorstep.
We had the choice of tubes and buses as well as being able to walk to busy oxford and regent streets. Theatre's and china town around the corner lots of bars and cafes on our street. Being in such a fantastic location it is only expected that there be noise, so if you can handle street noise then you wont have a problem.
Solly and his assistant were very helpful, we were met on arrival and were given brief instructions on how to use facilities and were told to contact him for any further questions.
Overall great spot we will definately be back again!!!!
