“SFENDAMOS WOOD VILLAGE” is located in the mountain village Ag. Pavlos (Koutsoufliani) just 3 Km away from the ski resort “3-5 Pigadia” ,20 minutes from the town of Naoussa and 1 hour and a half from Thessaloniki.

In an altitude of 1300 meters and in an all-green environment surrounded by oaks, firs and maple trees, 7 wooden houses rise around a central chalet, all built by processed wooden logs, ideal for your mountain vacations.

The Canadian manufacturing style of the wooden houses and their hand-made processed fir logs are in total harmony with the environment. The location is also ideal for mountain excursions.

SFENDAMOS WOOD VILLAGE has 6 rental wooden residences (5 people) and 1 wooden residence(8-10 people). There is also 1 wooden residence which fulfills the required specifications for disabled people.

Wooden house 50 m2:
The layout of the space is specially formed for your comfortable staying, ideal for you to lay back, relax and enjoy the provided luxuries. The residence is divided into two rooms (living-room and bedroom) and is fully equipped with a small kitchen, a restroom, LCD TV, hairdryer, cosmetics, a fireplace and a patio with a fantastic view to the slopes of the mount "Vermio".

Wooden 2-storey residence 90 m2 :
The 2-storey residence has 3 main rooms. In the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom, a small kitchen and a restroom. Through internal stairways you can get to the second floor where there is a big room with 6 single beds and a restroom. The residence provides all the comforts such as TV LCD, hairdryer, cosmetics, fireplace and a porch with a view to the ski resort “3-5 Pigadia”. The residence is ideal for moments of relaxation throughout the year.

Our Chalet :
In the main chalet, you can find a special place adjusted to fulfill all your needs.
Surrounded by the alpine environment, you can enjoy delicious wines and culinary delights by the large stone fireplace. Sfendamos offers traditional homemade dishes and at the café –bar with its aroma of freshly brewed coffee and hot spiced wine (glühwein) will awaken your sensations.

At the lobby, you can enjoy your coffee or drink by the fireplace, you can surf the net (Wi-Fi), play board games and many more activities.

-Carnival:
The famous traditional carnival of the Heroic town of Naoussa is marked by the custom “Genitsaroi kai Mpoules”. This custom dates its roots back to the Turkish occupation. Young men wearing traditional costumes dance to the rhythm of the drum and “zourna” through the alleys of the town. Moreover, an extraordinary parade marks the closing of the carnival festivities.

-Climbing :
In a distance of 500m from Sfendamos Wood Village there are 2 climbing fields. The Sfendamos field has 7 trails with an average height 10-20 meters and with difficulty range from 4- to 7+ (U.I.A.A.). This field is suitable for children and beginners. Koutsoufliani field has 4 trails with a height of 30 meters and difficulty range from 6+ to 8-.
Another climbing field is situated in “Krasta” canyon. The height range of the trails is 60-160 meters. You will certainly need two ropes and all the relevant equipment. This field is suitable for experienced climbers.

Herbs such as wild mint, peppermint, hawthorn, wild rosehips, white and yellow tea flourish in Mount Vermio, where Sfendamos is located. Visitors can wander around this natural environment and discover all the great gifts nature has provided us with.

“SFENDAMOS WOOD VILLAGE” hotel is located only 3 Km away from the ski resort “3-5 Pigadia”, which offers downhill slopes over 12 km(total length) and can fulfill the needs and desires of each skier.

There are also langlauf routes and Ε4 paths for winter hiking, as well as aerial lift-seat, 4 lifts, 1 baby-lift, snowpark and is the only ski resort in Greece which has a complete artificial snow system.

A lift-bar is located at the base of the ski resort (1.457m) and there is also a lift-bar at the top of the ski resort to an altitude of 2.005m.

One of the most famous places to visit is the Aristotle school where Alexander the Great was introduced to philosophy by Aristotle himself, as well as the famous Macedonian tombs, where you can take a look at the greatness of the Macedonian culture.
