Charming 3 Bedroom Cottage with Pool and Jacuzzi

This beautiful ecological house with all modern conveniences opens its door to relax in Burgundy close to Montbard. This innovative construction made in straw, ground and wood blends in the landscape and provides an immediate sense of well-being.

You will enjoy the singing of the birds by the heated pool on a pleasant terrace in the afternoon and fully enjoy the Jacuzzi while having a drink by night under the stars. The building is at the edge of the wood and South-exposed so you will appreciate absolute relaxation far away from daily concerns. There is a large modern living area with kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. The entire house is on a ground level and accessible to all. There are 3 bedrooms including 2 with private bathroom. The living room boasts of a sofa-bed with real comfortable mattress and the large bathroom boasts of a shower, a bath, an adult height vanity unit and a child height vanity unit. We also installed a playground for children so that parents can relax while children are playing. Sport holidays? We can provide you with bikes upon request so that you can go bike riding in the woods or by the Canal de Bourgogne only 3 km away. Ideally located between the Chablis and the Côte de Beaune Vineyards, if you are a wine lover there is no lack of choice. Cellar visits can be organised upon request.

You love the French heritage and particularly the Burgundy heritage? Sites such as the Abbey of Fontenay listed World Heritage or the Muséoparc Alesia should satisfy you or the ruins of the Château de Rochefort just at the end of the path. In the surroundings, you will also have the opportunity to visit very beautiful places such as Noyers-sur-Serein listed one of the most beautiful villages of France or Avallon and its Vallée du Cousin in Le Morvan, Vézelay and its cathedral, Châtillon and its Vase of Vix, Ancy-le-Franc and its castle: all this in the surrounding area of our accommodation “Le Hameau de la Charme”. On our website, we offer many services, do not hesitate to consult them in order to properly organise your holidays. Amongst these services, we suggest to pick you up at the train station of Montbard that is only 1 h from Paris. You can also do your food shop online and we will get it for you to avoid you the “shopping chore” on holiday.

By : Anonymous on December : 2014 Superbe maison avec des prestations de très haut standing. Tout y est de bon goût ! Les hôtes sont très sympas et à disposition en cas de besoin. La maison est neuve, au calme, et chaque chambre dispose d'une magnifique salle de bain. Les parties communes permettent de passer un vrai bon moment entre amis ou en famille. A recommander !
