Great location on the seafront middle of good restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafes. The residence is clean and really well equipped - can't find anything missing. The wifi is high speed, not any problems with it in three weeks - amaising :D. Cristina is keeping contact by email what is nice and Jorge is always available if need something. Also I would recommend to hire Mary to clean some hours if possible, it is nice to come to clean house!

This stylish apartment Is in a nice location set back from the promenade and with good views. Balcony looked over the beach and promenade so good to dine there and watch the world go by. Jorge, the concierge was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bedroom with 2nd satellite TV. Free WIFI an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent a month in this great apartment. The flat was even better then the pictures revealed. The standard was really good and the interiour was tasteful.

Spending a month in Las Palmas this location was perfect for us. We travelled with two small children and being close to most of what you need is important.

We also did a a lot of cooking in the flat and the kitchen was well equipped. Specially the stove and fridge with high standard.

The veranda with view over the street and beach was great for relaxing. Low enough for following the street life, but high enough for preventing looking in.

Cristina was very helpful all the way and even provided us with some furnitures for the youngest one. Gorge who works like an caretaker in the building was also a great help, changing the lightbulbs and giving a hand when needed.

We would love to come back and can really recommend this flat to anyone!

This apartment boasts amazing views of the beach, both from the terrace and from the lounge is an absolute joy to see the sea lying quietly on the sofa. To swim, you just have to cross the promenade and you are at the beach. The interior of the apartment is careful to the smallest detail. It has wifi, so you're well connected. I have repeated, and I repeat.

We were met as the airport by the apartment concierge Gorge who transported us to the apartment for only 28€, he also drove us back to the airport at the end of our stay! lovely Cuban guy we even met his wife. Great place to stay when visiting Las Palmas, beautiful beachfront location close to a variety of eateries and cafés
The apartment itself is tasteful and very well equipped and Christina,s artistic flair is there to be seen.
For me there is no better place in Las Palmas.

A very well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment with a view over the promenade, beach and bay from the balcony and lounge. The view is wonderful during the day and spectacular at night with the twinkling lights around the shoreline.

The apartment is on the first floor. There is a lift if required.

Jorge, the concierge, was very welcoming and helpful. Prior to our visit, Cristina, the owner, provided all the information asked for without delay and in a friendly and courteous manner.

The location is ideal for the beach and many restaurants and also for the excellent shopping. They even have a Marks and Spencers.

You don't really need a car. We had a hire car and there is a safe and cheap multi-storey car park nearby that Cristina and Jorge arranged.

There are no negatives to this property only positives. We highly recommend it.

We are a retired couple who have just spent 2 weeks in Christin's apartment. We had a very enjoyable time - the apartment was very comfortable,clean and close to all amenities. We also loved all of Christin's art which adorned the walls. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

The apartment is situated on absolute top location, a stone's throw from the sea and with all sorts of equipment that makes the accommodation as comfortable as at home. The decor is fresh and appealing with a modern kitchen and comfortable living room with a generous sofa which is the natural choice after dinner. WiFi is a great asset and a large modern multi-channel TV with hdmi connector opens up many possibilities. Jorge and his wife are two important people who are always on hand, open and freindly and helps with most issues. Me and my wife have stayed here several times and the only thing we can complain about is when we have to leave for home. We strongly recommend Cristinas apartment. Klas and Anki

We had a wonderfull week in this great Location. It was a good relief to the gray and cold weather in Germany and we really enjoyed our stay there. Christina and Jorge are very kind and organized very much for us. over the supplied cold beer and water we were very happy after a strenuous travel. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated with Christina's art. we felt welcome and we felt like at home. We would love to go back anytime. thanks a lot Christina and Jorge!!

We have passed a fine Christmas 2012 in Las Palmas, we know Las Palmas and Gran Canarias because it was the eleventh time we went here, but it was the first time in an apartment. Everything was perfect as we like to see it, really clean and with water and beer in the refrigerator, and when we need to fill it up the Hiper Dino supermarket is only 3 minutes away. The only missing thing was network cable or a Wi-Fi to the superb Samsung smart TV. It is a perfect place for a walk on Playa de Las Canteras. We have passed a fantastic week.
We know Las Palmas and Gran Canaria because it was the third time we went, but it was the first time We feel as at our own home. Always was perfect as indicated and really clean. Better than the Santa Catalina Hotel 5 star were we spent our first holiday in 2009, that it was already very good, but further more expensive than Cristina Apartment.
Cristina was very kind and organised also a cheap pick up to the Gran Canaria Arport with the super house keeper Jorge.
Beside She prepared arrivel snacks and 4 cold beer that after 6 hours of travel has been very appreciated.
We love Las Palmas. If you desire to stay in Las Palmas this apartment frond side to Las Canteras Beach is superlative.

The beach is just steps away from the apartment's door, with an extremely helpful concierge, and shops of all kind just around the bend, and at the same time, no noise or traffic around as the front of the property is a pedestrian walkway. 
We Will certainly repeat next year in Original unforgettable holidays .

Wir waren bereits zum vierten mal in Las Palmas, doch haben wir hier bisher noch nicht so toll gewohnt. Nicht nur das Haus ist dank Hausmeister Jorge in einem Top-Zustand, auch die Ferienwohnung von Cristina ist es. Viel Platz, ein schöner Blick vom Balkon auf den Canteras-Strand, eine toll ausgestattete Küche, dazu schöne und geräumige Nebenräume – alles in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und mit Liebe und Gespür eingerichtet. Fein auch die vielen deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender und das gut funktionierende W-Lan zum Surfen im Internet. Die Wohnung liegt auch ideal: direkt am Strand, dahinter ein Hiperdino-Supermarkt, der Mercat del Puerto und viele weitere kleine Läden. Die Busanbindung in die Altstadt ist exzellent (Lineas 1, 12, 13), in die Einkaufsstraße Mesa y López kommt man auch gut zu Fuß. Unser neues Lieblingslokal ist übrigens das "Allende" in der Calle Joaquin Costa 14 – ein echter Geheimtipp. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und können dieses Appartement allen Las-Palmas-Fans nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Place is really perfectly equipped, clean and located only meters away from the beach including view. Although in the middle of life, it is not noisy. Infrastructure around could not be better, only a few minutes to the central bus station and you can reach whole GC and Las Palmas easily.
The owner and her deputy are very caring, if you need something special.

All appliances are high end German quality and not a single detail has been forgotten. The two bathrooms a worth a fortune when travelling with women.
Only ideas for improvement: handheld vacuum cleaner and German TV

Wir erlebten einen wirklich traumhaften Urlaub in Ihrem Appartement.
Alles vom Feinsten, nichts hat gefehlt. Die super Lage der Wohnung, das Flair von Las Palmas,dieser kleinen quirrligen Weltstadt. Die alles bietet und das beste Klima der Welt hat. Dazu die vielen tollen Restaurants, der Fisch und der Wein.
Und abends, wenn man will, tanzt der Bär. Doch wenn man müde ist und die Ruhe sucht, ist die Wohnung der ideale Ort, den Abend zu genießen. Leider war unser Urlaub zu kurz, doch wir kommen bald wieder.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment... Cristina was also incredibly helpful, and made our stay in her apartment a breeze! It is a newly renovated property right on the beach, beautifully decorated, super comfortable and very spacious. Our favorite feature is the perfect location in "las canteras" beach.
The apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay, from kitchen appliances and beach chairs to laptop lap mats to work while you sit on the terrace...!
We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Esta bien situado, todo cerca y comodo; tiene mucha claridad, es acogedor y está a dos pasos de la playa (a pie de playa).

Una casa extremadamente bonita y bien puesta, la ubicación es excelente. la playa está a un paso, los supermercados, restaurantes y bares los encuentras dando un agradable paseo por el paseo marítimo y si quieres ir al centro, puedes ir caminando.
La casa tiene wi-fi y la cocina está equipada por si quieres cocinar...

Lo mejor: las vistas, lo bonita que es la casa y la ubicación.

Yo me quedé los primeros días de agosto y salí encantado. Ya conocía Las Palmas, pero no tanto la zona de las Canteras. Ahora, con la renovación del paseo marítimo y la limpieza diaria de la playa, apenas tuve que bajar a las playas del sur. Bastaba asomarme a la ventana para ver las condiciones del mar y así plantarme en la arena en dos pasos y disfrutar del relax total canario.
¿Y qué decir de la casa? Echad un vistazo a las fotos que hablan por sí solas: pisazo nuevo, grande, limpio, con un precio muy competitivo y con vistas al mar. Inmejorable (como su dueña!)

Sin duda, fué mejor que estar en un hotel de 5 estrellas y a un precio mucho más económico. Está muy limpio y con una decoración esquisita. Justo en primera linea de la playa y a pocos minutos caminando de la zona comercial Mesa Y Lopez y del centro comercial el muelle. Nada mejor que tener tu propia cocina en tus vacaciones, aunque hay muchos restaurantes cerca que te portan la comida. En mi próximo viaje a Las Palmas no dudaré en repetir.

Sencillo y elegante, bien ubicado, cerca de todo lo que se puede necesitar, en un entorno encantador y con buen ambiente. Así describiría mi impresión de mi estancia en este apartamento. El bullicio divertido de la simpática Avda. de Las Canteras, no ha sido obstáculo para el descanso pues las habitaciones son recogidas y silenciosas. Durante el día paseos, sol, playa y mar. Ese mar al que la luz rinde homenaje, el mismo y siempre distinto. Como adoro el pescado, pude disfrutar de los muchos restaurantes que lo ofrecen. En el mejor clima del mundo....Que bien me sentí.
