Hemos pasado una semana formidable. Nos ha encantado. El piso es muy bonito, moderno, acogedor y con todos los servicios. La ubicación, inmejorable. En pleno centro. Sin duda, la próxima vez que vayamos a Madrid, repetiremos.

The apartment was simply perfect, with all details you need, and located in the centre of Madrid walking distance from the more relevant monuments of the city.
I didn't want to leave here.
It was very clean and well maintained.
My friend and I spent four great nights in Cristina's beautiful apartment.
While we didn't get to meet her personally, she was always available and promptly answered any questions we had.
Entire booking, arrival, and departure process was seamless.
Apartment is exactly as pictured and is centrally located.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy. It is centrally located. it was very quiet at night. There are Numerous restaurants close by. The owner was most helpful and responsive. When I sent her an email, she wasted no time in responding to our needs. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would rent this apartment again if we return to Madrid. We enjoyed our stay very much. Could not have Asked for more.

We stayed in esta wonderful apartment for three days !!! 
The apartment is not very large, but is cheerful, pretty, quiet, clean, tidy and chic apartment. 
It is elegantly furnished and picture with good colors 
It is in the fifth floor With a wonderful panoramic view and a great location. 
The Kitchen is well equipped. 
The apartment is close to restaurants, shopping and transportation 
You do not need a car. 
The owner is excellent and answered all our inquiries Were promptly. 
There was waiting for an agent us on arrival and I Gave us a set of keys per person and Explained everything to our comfort 
The overall experience was excellent With no faults at all, and I would Strongly recommend renting this apartment

Luxury apartment !!! 
This was the best place we stayed in They made ??it so convenient for travellers.We Were provided with a map location all the sites, suggestions for restaurants.We Were walking distance of everything, The kitchen HAD condiments, Supplied with all the necesities Including paper towels, dish washer and washing machine, bathroom has plenty of hot water pressure, etc.So we did''t Have th run around buying supplies.Extra electrical converters and extra maps Were PROVED. The living room was veryconfortable, TV works very well and everything's too.We highty recommened this place One of the best things acerca this apartment is location, Walking distance to everything would definitely recomend this apartment to everyone.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Plaza de Spain 
The apartment is Within easy walking distance of Plaza Mayor, Sol, Metro Station, Plaza Mayor, of Museums Prado, Reine Sofia and Thyssen-Bornemisza. 
We had no problem walking to close by destinations or taking the Metro (underground train) to travel anywhere in Madrid. 
The apartment is clean, bright, comfortably furnished and fully equipped, everything works Where Including Wi-Fi, and extremely quiet apartment right next to some very popular places 
The price is excellent for this location and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a flat to stay. It's better than hotel !! 
One can use the Madrid Local Hop on / Hop off Madrid City Tour Bus to visit and view the many buildings and sights of historic and architectural interest or walking to visit Palacio Real 
Cristina was very helpful !! 
I Would Have no hesitation in recommending to others visiting Madrid and would hope That We might return at some time in the future.

This was the best week I have spent in a self catering apartment by far. I can not say enough good things about the apartment we stayed in When We visited Madrid in November. Everything was exactly as described or even better. The apartment was surprisingly large and was tastefully decorated throughout. The large windows revealed stunning views of the Spain Square, the Ferraz Road, and the Madrid skyline at night. 
The location was fine for us as the bus stop is close and quite regularly to the tube station. . The walk to the tube is not bad Either 
To save money, we cooked our own dinner - the kitchen is well-equipped enough to make easy meals. 
Clean, easy and up-to-date. We loved this place and definitely recommend it. 
Easy, fun and affordable.

After staying at expensive hotels on previous trips to Madrid, I Decided to try renting a more centrally located flat for My Recent week stay, and am extremely glad I found this place. 
We just Concluded a week stay at the apartment. We Have Been traveling to Madrid for 5 years. More Recently We have rented flats Because The upscale hotels Have Become very costly. The apartment met all our expections and was exactually as described and being depicted on the Internet With an outstanding view of the skyline of Madrid at night. It is very comfortable, secure, and great location. We use taxies They are always available and closer to the flat. There are many great restaurants near by, a liquor / wine store accross the street. The TV is high tech and the wifi is high speed and fully dependable. When we come back to Madrid we will stay at this apartment.
