This south facing, penthouse is the ideal self-catering holiday apartment for a couple, or up to four persons. Located in a quiet residential new area of Msida, this apartment has all the comforts necessary for a relaxing holiday.
The private terrace enjoys full sunshine from as early as nine in the morning till late. Here you can sunbathe during the day, and enjoy the fantastic views while barbecuing, and watching the fireworks displays during the weekly summer festivals. There are sun loungers, and a drinks table and four armchairs for your comfort.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated and is equipped with all the necessary facilities. The lounge has cable TV with numerous channels including seven sports channels, and a DVD. The three seater lounge turns into a comfortable double sofa bed.The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, and a breakfast table. A separate dining table seating four enjoys the terrace views.
There is also a computer with free internet access 24 hours daily. The Bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite shower room and overlooks the terrace. There is also a separate bathroom with a full bath with shower, and washing machine.
An air conditioned car with GPS, unlimited mileage and comprehensive insurance, plus free parking is also offered as extra with this apartment together with airport transfers, a food pack and a 24 hour contact.

THIS PENTHOUSE IS BRILL,SO CLEAN,SO NICE,BUS JUST ROUND THE CORNER,THE OWNER "RICHARD"IS SO HELP FULL,YOU NEED ANYTHING HE WILL HELP,LOVELY SHOP BELOW THE PENTHOUSE HAS EVERYTHING YOU WANT,HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PNTHOUSE,NO PROBLEMS,WOULDSAY TAKE THE OFFER OF THE CAR,BUT BUS IS THERE IF YOU NEED IT,AND OF COURSE THE MALTA PEOPLE ARE LOVELY,AND WEATHER WAS BRILL HOT HOT HOT,GREAT TIMES BEEN TO MALTA LAST 6 YRS,CANT WAIT TILL 2013."ENJOY IT "

This is a splendid base from which to explore Malta. The flat is spotless and the views from the balcony are superb. Richard, the owner could not have been more helpful. We were stranded by the Icelandic volcano and Richard could not have done more to help us. The car and the sat nav enabled us to get our bearings. Richard arranges a taxi to get you to and from the airport. We have no hesitation in recommending this flat to others.

Wir haben auf der spektakulaeren Sonnenterasse Spitzen-Sonnentage erlebt. Das Apartment ist aufgrund der hervoragenden Bus-Anbindung ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Eine Linie haelt direkt vor dem Haus; eine Menge Busse fahren ab vom Mater Dei Hospital; eine ganze Menge Busse gehen von der etwas unterhalb des Stadtteils Swatar gelegenen Hauptstrasse nach Birkirkara. Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Fuer den Grundbedarf um die Ecke; einmal den Berg runter und dann Stufen wieder hinauf, noch etwas die Strasse hoch ist ein gut-bestueckter Supermarkt namens The Price Choppers. Das Apartment selbst ist toll ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Baeder, Internet-Anschluss, TV mit DVD; die Ausstattung der Kueche laesst keine Wuensche offen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir wohnten hier 4 Wochen und besuchten die "Skylark School Of English". Morgens mit dieser herrlichen Aussicht zu frühstücken ist eine großartige Erfahrung. Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock (2 Lifte), die Terrasse nicht unmittelbar von Nachbarn einsehbar. Das Haus hat viele andere Wohnungen. Man hört tagsüber Geräusche der Mitbewohner, die aber nicht wirklich stören. Wir konnten in Ruhe unsere Studiereinheiten durchführen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig im gehobenen "mediterranen" Standard: 2 Badezimmer mit Fenster, großer Schlafraum, sehr großer Ess-/Wohnraum mit voll ausgestatteter Küchenecke. Sehr positiv: kostenloser Internetzugang über den vorhandenen Laptop, ColorTV mit eingebautem DVD Player. Der Kabelanschluss bringt keine brauchbaren deutsche Programme, die wir aber nicht vermisst haben. Sehr positiv: Zusätzlich mietbarer Kleinwagen (Nissan) vom Vermieter, wesentlich günstiger als ein Mietwagen einer Vermietungsfirma, in der Tiefgarage(!). Trotz günstiger Buspreise (0,47 € für eine Fahrt) war der PKW zum Einkauf und für touristische Unternehmungen sehr angenehm. Sehr positiv: Ein liebenswerter Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und zuverlässig bei der Erfüllung unserer zusätzlichen Wünsche. Fazit: Diese Wohnung werden wir wieder annmieten.

Firstly, we are very grateful for Richard, meeting us at the bus station, and showing us the most cosy house with a warm welcome! He is very thoughtful and helpful! I am out of words to describe it, just BEAUTIFUL! Many visitors have mentioned that how beautiful views are, and how comfortable it is... I stronly agree with all positive comments! We had one of the most romantic holiday in this beautiful "home"! I recommend to everyone visiting Malta stay here if you are searching for a penthouse. I guarantee you will NOT regret! Take a walk to Marina, all the way to Sliema or take buses from University to anywhere in Malta. Due to our experiences (one week of holiday, explored all places in Malta), it is the best location for a glass of wine with spectacular views, a hot bath and a quiet sleep, waking up with the views of sleeping cities through bedroom! This apartment is just perfect in any aspect! Thanks Richard!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED APARTMENT. BRIGHT,CLEAN,COMFORTABLE AND WELL EQUIPPED. EXTENSIVE VIEWS FROM THE SPACIOUS SUNFILLED BALCONY & VERY PRETTY WITH THE LIGHTS AT NIGHT. AN IDEAL BASE FROM WHICH TO EXPLORE THE HISTORICAL ISLAND OF MALTA. A CAR IS NECESSARY & THE PERFECT SOLUTION IS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DEAL OFFERED BY THE OWNER AS THE CAR IS ON SITE.
