Camping in the Countryside
Campsite & Rentals
All three apartments have their own style and atmosphere.
The entrances of the apartments are located in the central hall on the ground floor.
To the left of the hall you'll find apartment 1, opposite to the entrance you'll find apartment 2 and to the left of the hall you'll find apartment 3. All apartments have been furnished and well equipped in order to provide a relaxing and luxurious environment. In the hall you will also find the staircase leading to our personal space / apartment.
Apartment 1: 67 m2 (721 ft2)
Separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with 3 single beds), all beds are extra long, bathroom with bath. Accommodates 5/6 persons, optional placement of camp bed or spare bed/bunk bed.
Apartment 2: 41 m2 (441 ft2)
Kitchen-diner, 2 bedrooms of which one holds a bunk bed. Accommodates 4 persons, optional placement of baby camp bed.
Apartment 3: 39 m2 (419 ft2)
Kitchen-diner, children's bedroom (with bunk bed) is located in the master bedroom. En suite bathroom with double sink. Accommodates 4 persons, optional placement of baby camp bed. Perfect for seniors.
Prices:
Prices include water, gas and electricity, duvets and pillows. Cleaning costs are mandatory and amount to 30 Euros/20 GBP.
We charge exchange costs when you pay in Euros. We don't execepted other currency than Euros or Czech Crownes.
Inventory:
The master bed can be made in two ways. You can express your preference beforehand on the reservation form. The two choices are: 1 large duvet (95 x 87) or 2 separate duvets (2 x 55 x 87). The beds will be ready on arrival if you rent the bedding.
We offer a towel set as a rental option. The set includes: Towels (2 towels + 2 washing cloths per person), 2 bath mats, 2 toilet towels, 2 tea towels, 2 kitchen towels, 3 dishcloths. Complete set for 10 Euros/7.66 GBP You can launder the towels yourself. You can however also order a new set at the reception and hand in the used set.
In the living room you'll find a TV with satellite reception and a DVD player. There are a lot of English language channels.
A coffee maker is present, you can also rent a Senseo coffee machine (if available - 5 Euros/3.84 GBP for the length of your stay).
The drinking-water doesn't come from a well or a spring, but is supplied by the waterworks and of excellent quality. In a closet in the hall you will find a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning materials which are free to use. Toilet paper and other household goods are your own responsibility.
At the camping grounds you'll find a washing machine and dryer. Coins can be bought at the reception in the canteen.
On the camping grounds you'll also find a swimming pool, playground and lots of toys and karts. Everyone is free to use them.
We do not enter the apartments during your stay. We will only enter your apartment in case of calamities.
There are garden chairs and tables that you can use. The cushions and sunshade need to be put away in case of rain or thunder, when you are going on a day trip, and when night falls. The courtyard is 164 x 65 feet. Wi-Fi (wireless internet) is available free of charge.
Rolls and breakfast service:
In the high season you can order fresh rolls in the canteen every day. You can pick up your order in the canteen. You can also use our breakfast service. Come to the canteen and join other guests at the nicely set table filled with yummy rolls and lots of (Dutch) sandwich filling.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments nor in any of the buildings. This includes the sanitary facilities. Dispose of your butts or stubs in an ashtray or the waste bin. Keep our grounds clean and safe for the children.
Pets:
Pets are allowed in our appartments on their own pillow or in a bench. Outside they need to be on a leash.
Waste:
We sort our waste, so plastic, paper, cardboard in separate bins. This helps us reduce our waste tremendously. We request you also separate your waste.
Emergency medicine:
There is an English speaking GP, a German speaking dentist and a German speaking orthodontist and even an English speaking vet that are very willing to help you when necessary. In the Emergency Room in Chrudim you will be supported lovingly.
Arrival:
After 15:00. You cannot place any luggage in the apartment when it hasn't been surrendered yet. We hope you will understand. Would you still like to come early and have direct access to the apartment? Come a day later. We do request you send us notice should you choose to come a day late!
Departure:
10:00 at the latest (so there is time to clean the apartment before the new guests arrive). We expect you to leave the apartment in good order. In case of extreme filthiness we will have to charge extra for cleaning and will deduct this from your deposit.
Booking:
Only by means of the booking form. After sending the booking form you will receive a confirmation and an invoice by e-mail. We expect you to pay a down payment of around 25% as soon as possible, and the remainder 14 days before arrival.
Campsite:
We have situated our campsite in the former orchard and offer 37 spacious pitches (120-170M2) with 6. electricity supply. The many fruit trees, amongst others apple, cherry, plum and walnut, provide a lot of shade. A brooklet flows along the campsite. A bit further on, along the large field, runs a small river.
We offer free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) with very good coverage across the whole terrain. In the canteen you'll find a PC which is free to use for all of our guests that haven't brought a laptop (with WI-FI). The canteen has Wi-Fi as well.
We have chosen to keep our campsite FREE OF CARS. You can park your car on the parking lot. The cars are absolutely safe there. Driving your car to your pitch is only allowed on arrival and departure. For transportation of groceries you are welcome to use one of the available carts. No exceptions are made.
We have 2 camper comfort pitches. We do NOT have a service point for camper vans.
Pitches without electricity:
We also offer a couple of pitches for tents and caravans that do not need electricity. Pitches without electricity can be found on the large field.
Pets are allowed.
They need to be kept on a leash when outside. The dogs can be walked on the large field next to the campsite. Cleaning up droppings in playing areas or footpaths is compulsory.
Caravans:
We rent out 6 caravans with extra deep awnings.
In the awnings we have placed a bunk bed with safety rail, that can be closed off with a curtain. Because you have a large awning in which you can easily place the table and chairs, you can leave the beds in the caravan intact. Placement of an extra single or double bed in the awnings with extension is possible.
Wi-Fi (wireless internet) is available free of charge.

Tenttrailers:
The tenttrailers can be divided into 2 classes. The XL is equipped with a regular mattress on the master bed and an extra deep awning or sunshade. The standard is equipped with a regular mattress on the master bed and a regular size awning.
