The Casinha is the first house you see when you open the gates of the Quinta. Once the Casinha was a "chicken coop", it is now a "little house". The name came from the chicken coops that were in the construction. With only light through the window in the door, the function of the building was intended for animals. Of this, you will not find anything. The building was flattened to the ground. It was subsequently rebuilt, but with a few extra meters to the outside and lots of windows. With a surface area of 45m2 the cottage has everything a small house needs: kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
At the front, the cottage offers a private terrace sheltered from the wind and it has sun all day. The covered terrace at the back offers a view of our valley. Via a staircase you have access to the garden.
The thick walls and isolated windows, keep the temperature in the house pleasant, in both a hot summer and cool winter.
The television with DVD player provides entertainment when the weather does not live up to the usual standards. The beds are made on arrival. The towels and tea towels are provided.
