Villa Girasole si trova sulle colline pesaresi, vicinissima sia al mare che al centro città. Solo per voi 700mq di villa con ogni confort, piscina ad uso esclusivo e un ettaro di parco!!
Villa Girasole sitrovain un 'ottima posizione, circondata da un ettaro di parco privato ma a me no di cinque minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia e a pochi km dal centro città.
La casa è su tre Piani, Una taverna (o sala Ricreativa) con tavolo da ping pong, carambola, piccola palestra, bar angolo, camino e TV impianto stereo. Al piano terra C'è il soggiorno grandissimo con Ampio terrazzo, sala da pranzo , cucina, lavanderia e tinello, 3 stanze da letto (di cui Una con bagno en suit) e UN bagno con vasca.
Al piano di sopra ci Sono le Altre, Tutte con terrazzo e bellissima vista. All'esterno si TROVA il garage, la piscina, la zona barbecue, gazebo ONU e tanto spazio per Mangiare, prendere il sole e l'aria fresca Godersi, infatti essendo un pò in collina Non è mai afoso. Intorno Ê possibile Tariffa passeggiate o Andare in bicicletta, Appena sotto casa C'è Una pista ciclabile nuova Che collega il lungomare di Pesaro a Quello di Fano (10 km circa). In spiaggia C ' e Una scuola di vela Che organizza a una anche gite in barca per i Turisti. A Pochi km C'è anche il tennis club e Una palestra.Gli animali Sono i benvenuti!

On the beach, less then 2 km far away from Villa Girasole, there is a sailing school that organizes trip by boat or water craft renting for tourists during the summer.
Pesaro offers many events from June to September but also during the spring there are many historical and cultural places to visit, in city centre( reachable also by bike throught the new bike path that liks Pesaro to Fano). Close to the city there are many other medieval towns that deserves to be visited, such as Urbino, Gradara and Fiorenzuola di Focara.
