This is a duplex located in Sabina, next to Estany des Peix, in the harbor area. Near the beach of Illetas ideal for good walks. In the first unit, there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed and full bath. The other one has two single beds; there is a second bath (also complete).
The rest of the unit consists of a lounge/dining room with open kitchen equipped with all domestic appliances. Tv satellite. hi fi. Air conditioning in all rooms. Balcony and very good light from exterior. In the second unit, wthere is a large room with a sofa bed and two individual beds in two areas, with another sofa that can turn into bed. This room has access to a large terrace with a view over the Lake Estany des Peix and Vedrá (Ibiza).
Savina is located near Estany des peix. Close to the beach of Illetas. New construction with great views. Many sports activities available, diving, sailing, fishing, windsurfing.
