Old Fishermen's House is located within the historical center of the old maritime village, Orebić. The house is a picturesque ensemble of antique stones of various origin with authentic Dalmatian features such as a stone flower box in view of the entrance and guest room. The 300 year old design, stone walls of approximately 70cm in thickness, and strong ceiling fans in each bedroom, create and ideal microclimate for a fresh and comfortable stay.
With a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms the house offers amenities suitable for the vacationing of people with disabilities. The spacious kitchen is rustically decorated and equipped with standard appliances. The original stone fireplace and window-sink offer a glimpse of the beauty of old traditions. And to brig the family together, “ Old Fishermen's House “has a spacious living room giving onto the garden and pool area.
We pride ourselves in having maintained the original feature intact, so do not be surprised to find yourself in a bathroom that is over one hundred years old with an original bathtub that was used on a ship!
The most pleasant and most attractive area of " Old fishermen's House " vacation house is the garden, with a traditional mediterranean stone veranda (corta), enclosing a pool with a mesmerizing view on Mount St. Ilija. The garden area is home to a variety of comfortable features for sunbathing, showering, or just relaxing under the bitter orange and cherry trees. Villa is designed for comfort and to evoke the life style of old fisherman families. The Villa can accommodate for the safe parking of four vehicles.
