The apartment Rancho Garden offers 75 sqm spacious living room. The loggia was integrated as a dining area in the living room, from where you have access to a large garden. The garden apartment is reached without stairs, has a separate bedroom and offers through its location next to the usual open sea view rooms have a private garden available. 2 comfortable sun loungers are provided free of charge.

Wir haben diese Wohnung für 3Wochen gebucht. Einfach Top. Superlage mit Traumaussicht. Toll zum Entspannen, sehr ruhig.Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll und wunderschön eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und vorhanden was man braucht. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Auch wir kommen wieder.

Stepping into Rancho garden all you see when you walk in is the beautifully large patio doors that overlook the picturesque lush green gardens onto the sea. My breath was taken away.
Settling into the spacious master suite where there is everything from clean linens, comfortable bed, large closet with even a safe. i had the best sleep of my life as it is so peaceful. The bathroom has double sinks (great when sharing the suite with someone else) and even a washer/dryer. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything from cutting boards, wine opener, frying pans and even a welcome bottle of wine. Loved the radio, plush sofas and large dining table.
Sitting outset and seeing the beautiful Spanish sunsets was brilliant. The whole property has all the conveniences. A large swimming pool with snack bar. Restaurants and grocery stores are just steps away.
The owner is easy to contact and so personable. Michael thank you for sharing Spanish paradise with us. I can't wait to come back & wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We were extremely impressed with all the amenities, location to the beach and cleanliness. We were able to walk down to the beach and have lunch overlooking the ocean. Also a great spot to run. The pool on site if very relaxing and extremely clean. You can find everything very close for grocery shopping, a drink or something to eat. A short car ride into beautiful Marbella-which is a must see. Very easy to get to from the airport also-we rented a car and I was a little nervous about driving but it was very easy and simple and not a hard place to drive. Cant wait to go back.

Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben was nicht oft der Fall ist,waren jetzt das achte mal in Andalusien.Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Alles war sehr sauber und vor allem sehr gepflegt.Wurden vom Vermieter sehr gut informiert,in der Wohnung selber ist auch eine Mappe mit guten Tipps.Mietwagen empfehlenswert.Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.
Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sind überwältigend.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt.
Supermärkte und Restaurants ca. 15 Min. auch gut zu Fuss
erreichbar.
Ferienwohnung liegt zentral, wir unternahmen Ausflüge nach
Sevilla, Granada, Córdoba und Gibraltar.
Schlüsselübergabe etc. war problemlos.
Können die Ferienwohnung auch an Freunde wärmstens
weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne und ansprechende Wohnung in wunderbarer Lage. Die Einrichtung elegant mit allen wichtigen Utensilien. Es waren ausreichend gute Handtücher, Bettwäsche ebenso wie frisches Obst, Wasser vorhanden. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir können diese Wohnung mit Garten jedem weiterempfehlen.

Alexandra from Sevilla: The garden facing the sea and stunning sunsets is ideal for relaxing, great for sleeping. The community has a tropical garden well kept and the swimming pool ideal for those days I did not felt like going to the beach.
The apartment is cozy and really well kept. Nice bedroom, modern bathroom with exterior window, comfortable living area. The photos on the web are real!!!
Well located close to amenities. Owner easy to be approached for any questions about recommendations.
Very much appreciated free wine as welcoming.
Good money for value! I would love to come back!

Very nice apart., modern, neat, well equipped and clean. Good size and proportion.
The garden oriented to the south let me enjoy it when I did not feel like going out. Amazing sunsets.
Nice bathroom with exterior window too. Comfortable bed and quiet area very appreciated at night for sleeping.
Nice communal pool and surroundings with plants and well preserved.
Easy access to everywhere. I'll return next year!

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Ausstattung die keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Sie ist eingebettet in eine sehr gepflegte, hochwertige Anlage die genügend Möglichkeiten bietet um sich vom Alltagsstress zu erholen.
Es gibt Supermärkte und Restaurants die auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar sind.
Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist überwältigend.
Die Übergabe der Schlüssel verlief wie angekündigt problemlos an der Reception der Anlage.

Wir hatten den Tipp von unseren Bekannten erhalten die letzten Herbst schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung waren. Die Abwicklung (Buchung, alle notwendigen Informationen, Schlüssel abholen) hat trotz kurzfristiger Buchung einwandfrei funktioniert.
Die Ferienwohnung selbst war wie angekündigt "Super". Der Stil der Ferienwohnung ist eher modern der durch geschmackvoll Accessoires ergänzt wird. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Bei klarer Sicht hat man schöne Aussicht auf Gibraltar und Afrika. Diese hat uns auch dreimal veranlasst Abends nicht im Restaurant essen zu gehen sondern das Abendessen in der Ferienwohnung inkl. einem fantastischen Sonnenuntergang zu genießen.
Restaurants, Supermarkt ist alles in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Abwicklung, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung und die Aussicht ist "TOP".

Termination & Cancellation
Any cancellations and the termination of the rental agreement prior to the agreed upon term of the rental shall be subject to the following conditions:
1) The tenant shall be required to terminate the agreement in writing by sending a pertinent notice to the owner via postal services or e-mail. In the event of litigation, the burden of proof that a termination notice was given shall be on the tenant.
2) The cancellation fees due in the event of a cancellation or non-arrival shall be calculated on a pro-rated basis in percent of the total rental cost depending on how close to the lease activation date the cancellation notice is submitted:
• 0% up to 90 days before arrival.
• 25% up to 60 days before arrival.
• 40% up to 30 days before arrival.
• 70% till 1 week before arrival
• 90% in the last week before arrival.
