This San German villa-style home rises 900 feet above sea level, on a private secluded hill, with spectacular 180 degree of panoramic views. The house is modern in design, yet rustic, with nature penetrating and coexisting in all areas.
You enter the house through a staircase that will take you to a partially open and gated foyer, from which you will access the bedrooms, bathrooms and an interior garden to the left, the kitchen and living areas to the right, and one of the main entrances to the backyard garden and pool area if you were to walk straight ahead.
The house has two bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom. The largest of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed, and two large windows that overlook the Southwestern tip of the Island, where the fishing town of Boqueron sits. This room also has a door which connects directly to the back patio and the pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden amongst rocks and lots of greens. The smaller, but yet as enchanting bedroom has a full size bed, with its own private balcony that overlooks towards the South, onto the Lajas Valley and the mountains which surround the town of La Parguera.
If you made a right hand turn from the entrance foyer you will enter into a large space where the kitchen, dining and living room stand. A modern futon may accommodate two extra guests. At the end of this space you will find two balconies, which will afford the remaining breathtaking views that you may enjoy during you stay in this house. You will also find another door which opens onto the back patio and the pool. From the charming pool area you can see the Southwest coast of the Island from Rincon to Guanica. Every single day you will experience the most spectacular views of the sun setting beyond the Caribbean Sea.
The house stands 10 minutes away from downtown San German, the second oldest city in Puerto Rico.
