In a calm, secluded property with amazing views yet, only a couple of minutes drive from the typical fishing village of Perdika. You will be welcome by the owner (a truly Greek Lady!) and her friendly dogs. Yet, you will have your privacy and will be able to enjoy breathtaking views and stunning sunsets from you terrace!
This Studio has a large double room with en suite bathroom, opening onto a lounge/dining room with fire place and a small kitchenette. Both, bedroom and dining room open onto a terrace with stunning views!
The views are absolutely unique, the sunsets breathtaking and the warm Aegean sea just a few minutes by car.
The lovely village of Perdika with its marina, beach, cute shops and waterfront tavernas is only a few minutes drive from the studio. You can also walk there in 15 to 20 min. In Perdika, you will also find a couple of supermarkets and a baker with the best chocolate croissants in the area!
The bustling town of Aegina is about 10 to 15 min drive from the property.A regular bus service runs from Aegina to Perdika (and back).A lot of 'day trips' can be done from the island. 'Moni island', a natural reserve with wild animals, a lovely beach and a bar, is only 10 min. away from Perdika's port (boats depart every hour).
Aghia Marina i about 40min drive and perfect for a day trip. There, you will find Soto's Grotto perfect for cliff jumping for the adventurous, kayaking and windsailing.Angisrti' island is accessible by ferry from Aegina port. We recommend to put your car on the ferry and tour around Angistri island, its beaches, coves, and rocks to swim or dive from.Athens' is also near by, as the port of Piraeus is only 40min by fast boat from Aegina. We recommend to visit Athens in the low or mid season as the summer heat can be quite strong in the city.
The ancient amphitheatre of 'Epidavros' is also accessible by boat (to Methana) and then by bus, taxi, or car to Epidavros. There is a festival of performances in the summer and shows with transport are organised by the local tourism office.Of course, the bustling town of Aegina has a wide range of bars, restaurants, clubs and shops and 'open air' cinemas. There is even a small water park for children.
