Villa with Pool, Situated in the Quiet Residential Area of 'Dream Hills'
This villa is situated in the quiet residential area of 'Dream Hills', Los Altos and is a short drive from Torrevieja and other areas such as Villamartin & Playa Flamenca plus many Sandy beaches/coves & golf courses. There are bars, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.
The villa offers 3 bedrooms (2 double & 1 twin), 1 Family bathroom, 1 shower room, spacious living/dining areas and a fully fitted kitchen. The downstairs living dining room & the Master bedroom have welcomed air conditioning.
The kitchen has good facilities while the living room has a 32' LCD TV with some English/Spanish channels + a DVD player.
There is a private Solarium and also has a terrace off the Master bedroom and living room.
The villa has its own good size swimming pool that you can use all year round plus there are 2 larger communal pools that can be accessed throughout the summer months.
Finally for all the golfers out there there are several golf courses close by can provide excellent playing facilities & fantastic challenges. The property also has its own driveway with space for one vehicle.

We have just spent 4 weeks at this villa with our family, it was very enjoyable.The villa is lovely and very relaxing, unfortunately in our third week the swimming pool was out of order for 6 days and needed a new pump, but after that it was ok. It was annoying at first, but these things happen. Julie was contacted and put things right through Joe the local keyholder. Such a nice man and he did everything to ensure things were back to normality. Both myself and Anne have agreed that we would definitely stay at your villa again when time permits. As stated A thoroughly good holiday, very pleased with the locality and amenities IE places to eat, drink and be merry. Anyone going to this villa could not fail to have a good time. Beautiful villa with fabulous private pool in an ideal location. The communication prior to booking was excellent and all information exactly as advised. Will definitely return to this villa soon. Numerous bars and eating places within a 5 minute walk. Booking arrangements all went to plan. An overall excellent experience. Thank you for allowing us to visit.

This property was absolutely brilliant!! There was everything you could possibly need and it was a very short walk away from all the amenities. The pool was brilliant, we really enjoyed it. We would definately come here again. To top it off the weather was perfect and all round we had a very good week. Thanks Julie for letting us use your lovely villa.

A good holiday home with parking , nice pool, clean and tidy and room enough with our 4 kids, we will stay again next year if possible, maintenance man very nice and helpful. All in all a very good holiday!.

Absolutely fabulous holiday and definitely would recommend and go back. Fully equipped with everything you'll need. Clean tidy cosy and comfortable. Lovely neighbours and Joe was a great help. We'd sit round the pool till late on the evening after a barbecue in the afternoon. Short walk to bars and restaurants and supermarket about 10 minutes away on foot. Just brilliant !!! Thanks Julie for letting us use your lovely house. Missing it already.

The villa was very clean upon arrival, and had all of the facilities you could want, plenty of space inside and out, good size kitchen and two bathrooms, the English TV and air-con were also great to help you relax and cool down on the hot evenings. The pool was nice and warm on the hot days and there are plenty of loungers and seats to relax around the pool. There are plenty of things close by, supermarkets, Chinese and Indian restaurants and quite a few different bars that do food and have evening entertainment. There is also a great beach about 10 minutes drive away and great safari park about 30 minutes away. Thank you Julie for all that you did and we hope to return soon.

The house was clean,pool was great for kids.just minutes from la zenia beach.local pubs and shops were good,(would recommend damos pub) the owner julie is friendly and accommodating and i would definitely book again.

We stayed with our friends during the second half of april in this beautiful house in Spain. All we need was in the house. Much comfort. It was a big 3 bedroom house with plenty room for 6 persons. The swinming pool was lovely and so was the envirement. We had a very god contect with Julie, he owner of the house and with Joe, the key-keeper. This house is lovely and is a real home from home. It's location is fantastic and is within a short walking distance to many of the local facilities. It's also a short drive to the many great golf clubs around the area. The pool is an excellent bonus although the water was a bit chilly when we arrived in mid March (and we did try it) by the time we left in mid April it had started to warm up. We loved our stay here and we will be back again. Julie is a lovely lady and has gone that extra mile to make sure all her new friends enjoy their stays. Thank you Julie it was great.
