Sorrounded by gourgeous nature and wild, placed in the middle of millenary castles and fortresses, you will live a jump in the past where everything is like some years ago.

BLUE(2+2+1) Max 5 people
The Blue Apartment is north sided, with a unique and independent porch aside, a large living room with 1 king sofa bed. The Bedrom is available for aking size bed plus 1 person bed. The kitchen if full equipped.
GREEN(2+1+1) Max 4 people
The Green Apartment is south faced, with an amazing independent porch and external couch, a spacious living room with a sofa bed , a bedroom with king size bed and 1 children bed on request.

If you like food, accompanied with great red or white wine, good smells, nice people, here you will find everything.
Canneto is still a small village, where everything is organic and pure, where water will extend your lifetime.
Additional info :
-Breakfast provided as Extra-fee (10€ per person/day).
-Small and medium size Pets always allowed, but facilities (ie. sleeping dog house) not provided.
-Cleaning and linen/whites provided once a week. For further needs, provided on demand.

Villa Crocifisso, Apartment's guests must act as follows :
-Parking Each apartment has a single placeholder, please respect it.
-Pets Must stay in the apartment with the owners.
-Arrival by 22pm of the fist day booked.
-Departure by 12am of the last day booked.

In Canneto there are food & wine shops. Tuscany is famous for the "prosciutto",and the "formaggio", and Red wine produced in Canneto.
Sea Sidecourse and workshop :
At 20 minutes by car, a lot of beaches are waiting for you and your family. Dog beaches as well are ready to welcome you.
Arts and Museumcourse and workshop :
Canneto is in the right centre of Tuscany, the heart of the italy City of Arts. Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, are within in a range of 1,5 hours.

Payment Policy

Prices :
The Blue Apartment (Max 5 people) with an average daily cost of 90€ per day (minimum 3 days of booking).
The Green Apartment (Max 4 people) with an average daily cost of 70€ per day (minimum 3 days of booking).
- Low Season Feb To June --- 250 € (Per Week)
-Middle Season July --- 350 € (Per Week)
-High Season Augest --- 500 € (Per Week)
-Low Season Sep To Jan --- 250 € (Per Week)
Note:
During Summer we must add 5€ per person for local tax (so, for instance, a family of 2 adults + 2 children, will pay 20€ one-shot up-front per week)
Payment :
-By Paypal, or Bank Transfer, or credit Card, usually we require 30% of deposit at booking time.
-Compulsory Deposit of 30% at booking.
-All means of payment accepted: Credit card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
-Remaining amount to be paied at arrival.
