The Apartment is beautiful, modern and furnished to a very high standard. Ideally located next to the pool with a small garden and outside seating area. You can also walk straight on to the beach from the garden area. Mario (owner) is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is just right prior to and during your stay. We stayed for two weeks during August 2014 and had a fantastic time, I would highly recommend this apartment and will certainly return there again in the future.

Nice modest apartment with all basic facilities needed on vacations. Very conveniently placed by the sea shore, just 50 m walk to the beach, possibility to go out to the swimming pool and the beach directly from the terrace. Comfortable beds, solid shades on all windows, a kitchen block with a microwave and a coffee machine with the necessary pans, pots, dishes, perfect water supply (always hot water in the shower). No air conditioning but we never felt we needed it. In general, we got support from the owner from the very beginning; negotiations, payment, deposit issues were settled promptly (although sometimes with a delay). There was no WiFi when we came (although it was listed as facility), but the owner installed it on our request two hours after our arrival. Suggestions for imrpovement: 1) extra sets of linen or make a note that one set of linen/person is provided for free; 2) beach towels; 3)few microwave cooking containers; 4) a regular tea-pot or (electric) kettle to make tea; 5) bathroom carpet (got it later upon request). The apartment would greatly benefit from a simple washing machine, it would pay back even if the rent would go a bit up! On the overall, we had a very nice vacation thanks to this place and to the apartment and would gladly recommend it to families with children.

This apartment have been full renovated after this family became. Improvements: - Air Conditioned now (but probably you won't need it). - Free wifi fixed (now you can use it at all the building, for free with good signal, even if you are at the pool). - Effectively 1 linen per person are included (clean bed sheets and towels for the shower). I think beach towels are too personal, but If you need them, ask before the arrival. I'm sure it won't be any problem. - About kitchen facilities, the kitchen in general is completely new, with too many advantages. If you need anything in special and isn't at the description of the apartment, ask it. - Bathroom is completely new too, now there's a cabin super modern and a bathroom carpet. - Now washing machine is included for free.

Notes

At the entrance to the apartment the house keepers give the keys to the guests and must receive € 275 cash - 200 € + 75 € cleaning deposit. They wi'll return the 200€ (deposit) if they won't are any desperfect or anything broken.

The deposit is returned to the departure of the apartment, with the delivery of keys, to ensure there are no breakages or damage.

If you want to pay using paypal, you have to plus 4% more of the total price.
