Clarin House is built in Mediterranean style in 2005 and renovated in 2013 Holiday Villa in Preko. The interior of the cottage with sea views is decorated in the same style and spread the Fläir Tuscany and Provence. Art painting and lighting with restaurants in Italy style lamps complement the theme of the luxuriously and elegantly furnished apartment for up to 10 people. 3 Bathrooms ensure that there are no crowds.

The large covered terrace in the morning for a breakfast overlooking the sea and in the evening to enjoy a romantic sunset with a glass of red wine. To dream apartment belongs only 60 meters from the house a car park.

Also within easy reach is about 100 meters away sand / shingle beach where you can enjoy a relaxing day at the beach. The center of the town where all amenities (shops, bank, doctor, restaurants, bars, ...) are available, which are needed for a dream holiday by the sea is 400 m.
