Our place makes an excellent value for sanfermin festival, as is wonderfully located in the old part of downtown. Enjoy sanfermin comfortabily and avoid commuting at all !! The apartment is just a real minute walking from the bullrun starting point, two minutes to the townhall´s square where the opening ceremony takes place, and five minutes to the bullring and main party area, to mention a few.
The place is consisting of a brand new penthouse duplex with all the facilities and services around (supermarkets, grocerys, bakeries....etc). The building was totally refurbished about two years ago, providing it an elevator. With a acapacity of 6 people, it is specially designed for friend groups or families who wish to enjoy sanfermin party with all the comfort and proximity to the main events.
The apartment has a wonderful layout as a penthouse duplex. The first floor is consisting of a bathoom, fully equiped kitchen and a gorgeous living room. The second floor has two separate bedrooms and another bathroom. In the pictures adverted, you´ll see just a double bed. We adapt our house for san fermin festival, adding another bed in the main room and two single beds in the other bedroom (now appearing the piano), to achieve a total capacity of 6-7 people. This bedrooms are very spacious and there is room enough for everybody, no one will be cramped at home, promise !!
