We rent out a 50 sqm studio in a private Holiday home, where we also rent out the top floor of 100 sqm (see Total relaxation in car-free Island II). The house was built in 2004 and the interior is modern and in good condtion. The studio has a large master bedroom with a kingsize bed and space for an extra mattress or a baby-bed (available on request). The living room is connected to the kitchen. The kitchen has a convectomate oven, new refrigerator and a small freezer. Fully furnished, including filter coffee machine. The living room has a double sofa-bed which sleeps two adults or children. Hallway with large cupboard and entrance to bathroom with shower and washing machine. In front of the studio, a 12 sqm private terrace with awning. TV, PS2, DVD and airconditioning. Free wifi. A few toys for kids.
