The property is approached from the road by a gravel driveway to the main house which is 40m from the road, and set in 2600 m2 of mature tropical gardens and trees providing seclusion and tranquility. There is ample open parking off the driveway and also a covered parking sala.
Main House - Ground Floor
Living Area: Hardwood floors & ceilings, multiple folding door/window units opening onto wide covered terraces. Ceiling fans. 2 long sofas & sofa table. 40” flat screen HD TV with 200+ channel satellite link, DVD player. Additional small tables & chairs.
Dining Area: Large teak dining table seats 6. Extra chairs & serving table.
Kitchen: Teak units & black granite counters. Double sink & waste grinder. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas/electric stove with extractor hood, microwave, espresso coffee machine, rice cooker. Central table unit with 6 teak stools. Full inventory of cookware and tableware.
Bathroom: Basin in granite top unit, large mirror, glass enclosed shower, toilet.
Store room: Safe for valuables, electrical system control, equipment such as iron/ironing board, household supplies etc

Villa Management
The owners, or their representatives, are in Koh Samui and will interact on a frequent but as needed basis.
Guests may call owners for assistance or advice 0800-2000 hrs, but at any time in an emergency.
The Neighbourhood
This area of the island is still largely unspoilt by development. Many Thai families live locally and welcome overseas visitors and long-term residents. Several small restaurants, village shops and fresh food markets can be found close by as well as attractions such as waterfalls, elephant treks, island boat trips and of course Buddhist temples.
Getting around
It is possible (and fun) to walk to a choice of local shops and restaurants, but renting a moped, jeep or car will be needed for island exploring. Rentals are inexpensive and close at hand. Taxis or car/driver can be ordered, but this must be done well in advance. The owners will help on request. There are 2 bicycles available for guests to use.
