Villa Lupin is a graceful Neo-Classical house dating from the 19th Century. Its spacious rooms, high ceilings and large windows give a light and restful feel throughout. The main hallway features an antique tiled floor and a beautiful antique carved wooden bench. To the right of the hallway is an airy living room with cream wood floors and windows looking out over the colourful garden. A comfortable sofa and armchairs are situated around the fireplace and for music-lovers there is also a fine piano.To the left of the hallway is the first double bedroom. This is a very peaceful room with double height ceilings and features a fragment of a beautiful old fresco on its walls. Further down the hallway is a children’s bedroom decorated in duck-egg blue with a set of bunk beds. From the hallway, three wooden steps lead through a metre-thick archway to the kitchen/dining area with its cool terracotta-tiled floors.
The kitchen is a farm-house style kitchen with nicely painted wooden cupboards and features a large old marble sink. It’s very well equipped and includes a dishwasher, full sized oven, fridge/freezer. The long monastic-style dining table with benches and the antique tiled floor are a very nice feature and doors lead from the dining area to a quiet patio which is perfect in the early morning for coffee in the cool of the day.From the kitchen, a passageway leads down to the main bathroom with shower and WC.The third bedroom is accessed via a stairway from the kitchen area. This bedroom has a double bed and doors leading out to a veranda with views over Spetses and out over the Aegean Sea. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower and WC.
The guest house is part of the main house building but has its own independent access from the garden.
