The property is also unique in that it is off the National Grid for electricity. At night when the candles and gas-lamps are lit, the house and garden take on a magical atmosphere. For the 2013 season, air-conditioning has been installed throughout with new solar panels and a state-of-the-art generator to provide back-up so that all modern comforts and facilities can be used.

It is as good as private to this property since the only access to the beach is via the property's own grounds.By quad bike it is easy to get into Spetses Town for shopping or for an evening out at one of Spetses' sophisticated water-side bars or restaurants. Boat hire can sometimes be arranged and the boat can be moored at the jetty below the villa.
