It is fully furnished and surrounded by a private, Italian garden. Villa Pedone also offers a private 5x10m swimming-pool, directly accessible from the house.

The entrance is a large hall area, then there are two living rooms (one with bar and game-table), a large dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen which opens on an outside dining area by the pool and a small bathroom.

There is a large dining area, two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom (with jacuzzi), two twin bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and another large bathroom with bathtub and shower.
