Villa Alana is a spacious villa with four bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. Throughout the villa, there is a great feeling of light and space. Its main living room has windows on all sides creating a cooling breeze throughout even at the height of summer. Two sets of double French doors lead out to the terrace and private swimming pool with stunning views to the harbour and town. The kitchen and dining areas (both indoors and outside) are particularly well designed and equipped with larger family gatherings in mind. There are comfortable sofas and a large screen with satellite television and a CD/DVD player whilst looking out over some particularly stunning views.
Continuing down the long hallway are the three bedrooms, each painted in lively traditional colours lending a warm and inviting atmosphere to them. Each one has a traditional iron bed, spacious wardrobe and a private w/c shower room. The best feature though is that each bedroom has its own French door leading out to the pool terrace and takes full advantage of the lovely views to the pool and sea beyond. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds in the main house. The largest of the three bedrooms at the end of the hallway has a slightly larger w/c shower room and this bathroom also houses the laundry facilities.
There is a completely separated guest suite which serves as a fourth bedroom and is situated just to the side and above the main house. The same lovely views are seen from the window and this very large bedroom is built with a traditional wooden open-beamed ceiling. There is a spacious en-suite w/c shower room, one double bed and one single bed. It is the perfect place for a baby sitter, teenagers or even to be used as the master suite ensuring quiet and privacy.
There is a/c throughout the villa and guest suite.
Outside, there are plenty of places for a larger family or group to relax together or to find private little spots. The main terrace is equipped with a large outdoor dining table and umbrella situated in the most advantageous position to overlook the town through the olive trees. The pool is surrounded by fruit and olive trees and has various loungers and chairs. The guest suite being set back from the main villa and pool enjoys tranquility from its terrace screened by the orchard. The other wonderful feature of this property is the huge roof terrace where many an hour can be spent watching the boats ply across the waters in the marina below. From this elevated spot, the views of the sea and the sparkling white-washed village of Skopelos Town are uninterrupted. The roof terrace is furnished with a second large dining table and cushioned bench seating. Whether its morning coffee or an evening ouzo – this exquisite spot will entrance you and captivate you any hour of the day.
