Country House La casa di Carla: Composed of Single, Double, Three Rooms with Separate Entrances

Residence, composed of single, double, three rooms with separate entrances, stands on a majestic location overlooking the adriatic coast with a wonderful view between Porto San Giorgio, Lido di Fermo reached within 6 minutes. The beach is about 8 km as the waterfront, equipped with bathing establishments, restaurants and free beaches On the other side you have a view of impressive Fermo’s landascape with its green hills and the Sibillini mountain at the distance.

If you are in search of peace and tranquillity, discover your holiday surrounded by nature and close to the city of art Fermo and its ancient history. You have also, just a few kilometres far from Contry house the seaside town of Porto San Giorgio. All the Fermo’s area is closed to ancient medieval villages. Here you can found typical restaurants with their tradictional foods and wines, there alre also famous local festivals.

Situated in a fashion district of italian style, you can found here outlets of the world’s famous footwears stylists.

The Country House "La casa di Carla" is situated in Capodarco di Fermo - Strada comunale Vallescura II° scn, exit of the A14 motorway of Porto Sant'Elpidio.

How to reach us :

Exit at PORTO S. Elpidio (A14 motorway),

continue on the SS Adriatic towards Pescara-Porto San Giorgio.

Driving along through the traffic lights for Casabianca - Lido di Fermo, AFTER about 1 km. turn right towards Capodarco.

Climb for about 2.5 miles, reached the sign Capodarco (NOT enter the country), pass the traffic lights and turn immediately left (Strada Comunale Vallescura I °), then, about 300 mt., a small crossroads, turn RIGHT (Strada Comunale Vallescura II °, no exit), approximately 350 meters. The Carla's Country House is on the Left

Attention, to the road crossings: we have our signs indicative.

The road is excellent, all paved. From the exit to the Carla's House about 10 minutes drive.
