YNF LAT, also referred to as L'Atelier, is a striking house located in Paris, and was once the studio of the painter Amedeo Modigliani. Located in the 6eme arrondissement on a quiet street between lively Montparnasse with its numerous restaurants and bars and Les Jardins du Luxembourg, the second largest park in Paris, which was created in 1612 by the Royal command of Marie de Medici, the widow of Henri IV of France.
Given its artistic heritage, it is not surprising that the house boasts the most wonderfully large windows that look on to the courtyard garden, which is full of flowering plants and shrubs. The property, recently refurbished to a high standard throughout, is decorated with white walls, which make for a very airy, spacious, and light interior.
The entrance to YNF LAT is through the garden. The large open-plan living room features a fireplace and a dining area, with a table that seats up to 12. Down a few steps and you are in the fully-equipped modern kitchen . There is a cellar floor, which houses the Home cinema and laundry area.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower, basin and separate WC. Two single bedrooms, which share a bathroom, are available for children. A Study area with internet service, complements YNF LAT.Metro Distances: Raspail and Luxembourg are less than a 10 minute walk.
