Se trata de un piso con dos dormitorios de matrimonio, un dormitorio con dos camas individuales y sofá cama para dos personas. Dispone de un baño y un cuarto de aseo con ducha. Muy bien situado. A 300 metros del puerto deportivo. A 400 metros de la mejor playa de Garrucha. Junto a supermercado (Mercadona). Se puede ir a todos sitios andando (playa, puerto, paseo marítimo, zona comercial....). Plaza de garaje, piscina comunitaria abierta desde mayo a Septiembre. Piso totalmente amueblado. Se alquila tanto por semanas como por quincenas.

El precio del alquiler de una semana en temporada baja serian 450 €. Si se trata de una quincena serían 800 €. En el precio no están incluídas sábanas ni toallas. Si los clientes quieren sábanas y toallas deberán pagar 10 € más por persona. También existe una fianza de 250 € si la reserva es de una semana y de 400 € si la reserva es de dos semanas.
