Check in is at 4 PM of the day of arrival and check out is 11 AM of the day of departure. These times should be strictly observed to allow adequate time to prepare the unit for the next tenant, unless you receive permission to do otherwise. You are responsible for leaving the unit in good condition. Any damages or maintenance problems you discover upon arrival should be reported immediately. Any problems encountered during your stay should be reported so that they can be attended to.
Maximum occupancy for each unit should be strictly observed.
At checkout:
*Wash and put away dishes.
*Remove items you brought from refrigerator and cabinets and wipe down.
*Leave all furniture as you found it upon arrival.
*Set thermostats back to 45 degrees in cold weather.
*Leave hot ashes in woodstove and close all woodstove doors and vents.
*Turn water and hot water breakers off at main panel. (Off-season rentals).
*Close and lock all windows and exterior doors.
*All linens should be collected and placed by the door in a pile (if you ordered linens).
*Place all trash in outside receptacles out by the road. Do not leave loose bags outside. (Trash pickup is on Mondays).
RESERVATIONS
Once a reservation is made, approximately one third of the rental amount is due within 2 weeks to hold your reservation. Final payment should be made 3 weeks before your vacation. If you must cancel a reservation, we will attempt to rebook the unit. If successful, your deposit will be returned; if not, you will be allowed to reschedule or it will be forfeited.
