Great vacation home.  We really enjoyed our stay.  The home was lovely and had plenty of space for our family of 8.  Excellent customer service.

This is the first time we have rented a house for vacation and it was an AMAZING house!  It was beautiful and so clean and very comfortable with everything we could want.  The pool and hot tub were a great place to relax. We had my family of 8 and had plenty of room. The kids loved the game room too.  We even watched the NCAA final game on the big screen TV. What a treat.  We will definitely come back and rent again. Marlene and Doug were awesome and easy to talk to and contact if we had any problems or questions.

We couldn't have found a better place for our 2 families to enjoy a week away! We loved this fantastic home in a super quiet neighbourhood. The place was even more beautiful and open than the pictures online showed.  Very clean and simple with a great outdoor pool/spa enclosure.  It was perfect to come home from long days at Universal Studios and Disney and be able to relax by the pool or in the hot tub and spend time on our down days just enjoying all the amenities. The kids loved the games room too and spent lots of time burning off energy there. Well equipped kitchen and BBQ. We had everything we needed to feel at home away from home.  This was our first time renting a home and we would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a getaway close to Orlando. With quick access to the I-4 it was easy to get to local attractions and shopping and restaurants were not far away either. We'd love to come back again!!

We spent a wonderful week with another couple in this absolutely fantastic home located in a quiet, extremely well maintained gated community.  The two master bedroom suites were huge and beautifully furnished, and gave each couple plenty of privacy.  We searched for quite a long time to find a home with two fairly identical master bedroom suites with king beds, and there were surprisingly few. The home itself is huge with a very well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor gas grill.  All four of us enjoy cooking and we prepared a delicious gourmet meal every night. The home is gorgeous with so many high end touches, and it's obvious the owners focused on quality when they renovated and furnished it. We absolutely loved the salt water pool and hot tub.  We had never experienced a salt water pool before but we're spoiled now!  While enjoying the hot tub we watched several football games on the 60" flat screen HD t.v located in the lanai area....wow!  Marlene and Doug had immediate answers to any questions or concerns we had both prior to and during the trip.  Hector, the property manager, responded promptly to our phone call when a minor repair needed to be made.  All in all, we had a perfect vacation and would highly recommend this home to anyone. You won't be disappointed! This is now our new home-away-from-home when we visit the Orlando area, and we can't wait to come back.

We were 3 adults, 2 children.  The house is sooo nice. Beds are comfy, pool is clean, non stick pots are in great shape.  A really cool regular coffee pot, and a keurig!  Dishes, coffee cups are perfect.  All u need are toiletries and soaps and detergents, fabric softener sheets as well!!

We were searching for a house that was big enough for two families, including 4 young children under 5 years old. We wanted a kid friendly area, a pool and close proximity to Disney and other attractions. This property had it all! We spent most days at Disney (which was only 15 min. away) and most late afternoons and evenings in the pool. The house had plenty of bedrooms, and it was a great find to have TWO king bedrooms, not just one with another Queen bedroom. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and there wasn't a lot of clutter and unnecessary decorations for the kids to get into!! We loved the cleanliness of the house, and Hector the property manager was prompt with any questions we had. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this property to anyone!

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Even though we had seen pictures of this  home, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It was very clean, spacious and well decorated.  The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We had many meals at the house and it was so nice to have the amenities and dishes to do so. Great location that is close to shopping and the parks. Nice, quiet neighborhood. This home exceeded our expectations in every way.  Marlene was wonderful to deal with. She responded promptly to emails and answered any questions I had.  We have 3 boys, ages 8,11 and 13.  They were entertained for hours with the pool, hot tub and air hockey table.  We look forward to visiting again in the near future!!!  Would definitely recommend this home!!!!

We spent an amazing 10 days in this fabulous villa and truly enjoyed it.  The accommodations were spotless and the villa was well equipped, which made it feel like home.  The TV in the pool area was a nice touch.  We've stayed in other villas in the Orlando area and this one tops the list!!  We've recommended this villa to family and friends and we will definately be back!!

Marlene and Doug's home was above and beyond all expectations. Very, very, clean, well maintained. We are particularly fussy seniors and it met and exceeded all our expectations as far as cleanliness. We would recommend this home to anyone.
