Key Features

The Merlano farmhouse consists of 40 hectares with organic garden, fruit trees, an olive tree grove and a vineyard, a wood and a courtyard animals. The suites and the apartments of Agrimerlano can accomodate 2 to 11 people. They have every comfort: air conditioning, private bathroom, wifi, parking, swimming pool.

In a suggestive atmosphere where NATURALEZZA makes laws, buried in the colors of the Roman countryside, the agricultural Merlano, a small corner of paradise to escape the daily routine, to enjoy a simple and genuine way, emerges a pleasant holiday in full contact with nature. The Agriturismo Merlano is only 15 minutes from the city of Rome.

Dogs are welcome.

From the Agriturismo you can arrange day trips to the medieval cities of Viterbo, Bagnoregio, Bolsena, Sutri, Acquapendente and all the beautiful cities of Etruria, delicious masterpieces.

For those who want to enjoy a day on the lake, in 20 minutes you can lakes of Bracciano and Martignano.

The Agriturismo offers its guests mountain bikes for walks inside the private forest or outside your property, along roads and routes coming from the manor.

A private pool, framed by ancient olive trees, is available to customers from June to September. The pool is equipped with sunbeds for all customers.

For children there is a playground, while a football field awaits its older siblings. Both can be controlled by their parents, comfortably relaxed on the edge of our pool.

Payment Policy

Check-in from 3:30 pm and before 9:00 pm. Check-out until 11:00 am.

In order to confirm your booking of a Suite or Apartment it is mandatory to pay a deposit of 30% or 50% of the total amount of the stay, otherwise we would not be able to guarantee your booking.

Methods of payment accepted for the payment of the deposit are: Postal Order, Bank transfer, Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) .

Cancelation Policy

LATE ARRIVAL AND EARLY DEPARTURE

The total amount of days booked will still be charged, as stated on the European legislation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS

Refund of the deposit will be applied in case of cancellation prior 21 days from the arrival day for the High Season and 15 days for the Low Season. The cancellation, to be valid, needs to be written. Beyond this conditions, the deposit amount will be kept as payment. The guest can benefit of using the deposit paid for a future reservation within the end of the calendar year. Deposit for a minimum stay of 5 nights will be kept as payment in case of cancellation.
